Super efficient and very modern! Staff was friendly and explained we could order online, so we did. Seemed like mostly mobile orders here as it's small and there are no chairs/tables etc, just what you need to grab a quick coffee to go.

This location is a pick up only location where you place orders on the app prior to arriving. It's a convenient location right on corner of Broadway and across street from immigration court. The employee was very nice to take my order in store since I didn't know it was a pick up only location. I ordered a chai tea latte grande it's very sweet and delicious. Overall a positive experience highly recommend and keep in mind parking is limited and not free.

You'd think for pickup only it'd be fast. Nope. Probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. If they worked any slower we'd be going back in time! On top of that they want a tip. Here's a tip! Hire more staff!

It's Starbucks what can I say we all know what they have!This location unfortunately is only for mobile orders but they made an exception to take my order "THIS TIME BUT NEXT TIME IT HAS TO BE A MOBILE ORDER!"Now they were my 2nd choice as I was across the street at another coffee house that offered seating & a wide variety of eats & treats but unfortunately their customer service was horrible!Though this Starbucks is mobile orders only the girls still took care of me AND THE OTHER CUSTOMERS that walked in behind me (a total of 6-8 people).The girls were insistent on using the mobile app for next time which sucked and they weren't busy but ok.Any hoot the girls were sweet got everyone's drinks out promptly and off we went....The End!

Didn't realize that it was a Starbucks that required you to download the app to order.. luckily the girl there was more than willing to just take my order and use my debit card I truly appreciate it It was a very confusing experience Never been to a Starbucks like that.Thank you for being kind!

This is a phone/app order pick-up only location. They only have a counter with a place to hold drink orders. No person to take orders, no place to sit, just pick-up. We didn’t know this and placed our order via the app while we were there and it worked out just great.
