One of the best, most consistent, and clean Starbucks in San Diego! Everyone in the store is kind, helpful, and does their best to make your experience a great one! There's free parking in the back or metered street parking right in the front. (In the early morning hours, it's free!) This store is always well stocked and has a plethora of goods for your needs. The drinks always come out in a timely manner and are consistently great. There's plenty of seating inside and also a small patio outside for you to slowly savor your drinks and food/snacks. It's located on Washington st. and next to several restaurants/ specialty stores, making it a great place to walk around and explore!

the new cashier I wish I would have gotten his name has messed up my order 4 times now I should have looked at it before I left I ordered a Gingerbread oatmilk chai latte and what did I get a blonde oatmilk latte seriously over

Photos of the bacon on Starbucks app for hot sandwiches show thick, meaty, and crisp bacon. Yum.Then I bought one, and the bacon was thin, very FATTY and NOT cooked well. I was so disappointed. I then tried a different sandwich days later. Again, it was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Same old limp, FATTY thin bacon! Yuck. Will get at Jack-in-the-Box or McDonalds. Come on, management. Pigs are being killed after all. And to think most of it is spit out of thrown out. WOW. Love to talk with your cost accountants. I will not BUY one again! What say you? I say "oink oink" to cheap.
I hope you like waiting. This place gets busy as hell and you'll regularly wait over half an hour for a drink. Not an ideal location for a before work or lunch break drink. Especially since the whole process is automated, it doesn't really make sense.

Yay my favorite Starbucks (second is the one in hillcrest on university). This place is always clean and good warm vibes, all the staff are so sweet and friendly. Always a good part of my day stopping by.

Super rude baristas. They're young college-age looking girls who shouldn't be working in customer service. I can guarantee that they'll get your order wrong. Joseli (Yoseli? Something like that) was especially snarky. Do not recommend.
Extremely kind and nice baristas here. I want to shoutout Alex (she is a girl) who was soooo nice to me on this Thursday afternoon. Please give Alex a raise and promote her to the head of Starbucks customer service.

Nice neighborhood location and I usually have a pleasant experience. Today they didn't honor the Starbucks refill policy, insisting the original drink must be the same, however the corporate policy states "regardless of the original beverage." The baristas said each store could set its own policy. I don't think that is true since the policy is clearly described by corporate. Oh well. They are usually so nice :-(
