My husband loves this specific location because he claims that Shiloh, the barista, is the only one who makes his drinks so delicious and sweet and perfect. I ordered venti size peppermint machá late, I was over charged, I told the manager this isn't what I regularly pay, and I was told prices go up. No it was yesterday I had the same drink and was charged a much lesser price, how can the price go up in less than 24 hours. He pretended to fix the price and handed me my drink. It was the worst drink I had! It upset my stomach and ended up throwing up all night!! This is the last time I will ever have anything to consume from Starbucks!!

The store is often empty. I came to buy coffee for two consecutive days and saw a sign and then no one was in the store. Said it was 30 minutes for lunch. But I have been shopping in the supermarket for more than 30 minutes without seeing anyone. Supermarket staff have a bad attitude. Will not be coming again.

Horrible customer service. The employee made unnecessary comments on my drink saying things like "It won't taste good" and "I don't know about this one..." I don't think anyone asked for your opinion. I also asked for no ice in my drink, but they gave me my drink back with ice. They were also out of coconut milk. You're in a Vons, how can you possibly be out of ingredients? The employees at this location clearly don't care about their customers and I'd recommend another location.
