Hello and good afternoon this is Stevie Wonder's. Just made a new coffee today wanted to share with everybody it is a grande nitro cold brew blonde espresso double six pumps caramel syrup salted caramel with sweet vanilla cream 1/2. I call it the CREAK BREW. Guaranteed to keep you up the whole day and it taste sweet. Customer service was awesome so was the friendly help with making the drink. Definitely a masterpiece because I can see clearly now the rain is gone. Stay caffeinated my friends.

I always order ahead thru the mobile app here and when I come in to pick it up, it's never ready and I'd usually have to wait 5+ mins PAST the estimated pick up time... and today they ran out of one of my favorite drinks: Caramel Brûlée Frappe. Today, I waited 10 mins past the estimated pickup time and asked where my drink was and they said someone must have taken my drink by accident. She quickly made my drink, the Caramel Frappe, and it was soo freakin bland... I didn't taste it until I had already pulled out the parking lot. I really didn't wanna have to come back in and ask that they make another one, so I was stuck with this nearly $7 terrible drink.

No chairs or tables..No reatroom.... Just go to Target..(chairs, tables and restroom). WA, UT, AZ, TX, NV, OR. Sad to be the #1 in customer service.

Another Starbucks with lots of space but with ZERO tables. Where are customers supposed to sit nowadays? ZERO TABLES means, "You are not welcome here, but we'll take your money."I handed her a reusable personal cup, but she didn't ring up my order as a reusable cup. Majority of the time I go here the baristas are just rude. They can't even properly make a drink. I went in and got a venti iced matcha latte and it was literally a third of foam. If I'm paying OVER $6 for a drink I expect it to at least be full!
