If I could give the Starbucks a negative I would. One the girls that work here are extremely rude. They're not polite, they're not acknowledging of customers. There's also no restroom and to top it off when I asked one of the girls if I could get a water. She has the audacity to tell me that they charge 50 cents for a couple of water! When other starbucks if you ask for a water no problem. I just think it's kind of Ridiculous, I'm paying $6 for a drink and more for food etc and you can't give me a water?. And their customer service skills are awful. One of the girls was wearing crocks that's a slip hazard. And not proper employee attire. This is the last time I come to this starbucks!

I ordered a drink with oat milk due to a dairy allergy, as was noted when ordered, and received the drink with no milk alternative and no note about the allergy. I returned to have it remade only to be told to take the lid off. When asked if they would use a new cup, they said "We will remake it"... I received the drink back with the SAME cup with no notation as to whether or not the drink had been made with a milk alternative. But besides the point, the lack of attention to the cross contamination of the dairy and the new drink was astounding. Horrible experience, awful customer service, and not even a pleasant store to be in.

Thursday 8am. 7 people behind the counter. Only one poor lady was doing the drinks. 5 star on the drink. One of the best Frappuccino ever. With only one doing things at 8am, drinks took a long time in this busy time of the day for coffee. One of the lady only job was to stand by the oven and hand the drink - that’s it!

This Starbucks is really ran down, looks like it hasn't been remodeled in years and not to up to date as other Starbucks. I've noticed that it's not the cleanest and needs to have a deep clean, as well as updated machines. The set up the store is really confusing and seems uninviting because of the merchandise shelf's, just needs to be organized better. Having this Starbucks apart of SDSU it overall needs to be upgraded, shows that they don't care about their presentation towards incoming students and families.

I was in the neighborhood and a friend and I decided to be get a coffee. This Starbucks is by far the worst of its kind. There are no chairs or tables nor public restrooms. The cashier was trash and the entire establishment just doesn't make sense. I won't be coming back. We had to enjoy our drinks from the comfort of our cars.

I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I absolutely love Starbucks Iced Matcha Tea. I stopped at this location with my friend one morning to grab a drink & a breakfast sandwich. I figured I would check some emails while we chatted & enjoyed our Starbucks. To my surprise there are no tables & chairs in this location nor any public restrooms. The cashier was extremely rude when taking our orders. To whomever the owner of this Starbucks is I suggest a total revamp - add some tables & chairs and hire some employees that are friendly and actually care about customer service. This placed should be called Bucks, because it's missing the Star.

Horrible customer service! If you want to wait 20 minutes with NO LINE for a drink... this is the place to come to. At least you'll be entertain though... because the employees love to speak about their own personal life experiences as if a customer didn't just purchase an item. To make matter worse, other people came into the establishment ordered their drinks and received them in less than 5 minutes. Go figure!

The guy on the cash register was so rude and impolite and lacked basic customer service skills. He kept rolling his eyes at anything I asked and seemed like he just wanted to leave. A customer asked him a question & as soon as she left he started bad mouthing her to his coworkers. Definitely steer clear of this Starbucks!

I don't go to starbucks often but the nicest and prettiest barista helped me pick out a drink. Everyone is super friendly and i felt super welcome.

I really don't care for the Starbucks either like so there's no address on the front of it and there's no place to sit inside basically you go in order something and you leave I'll probably never go to this wever again!I went here for a job interview and that was it.
