The coldest and by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had. And I was charged in two steps, which I thought the fist one was voided but it wasn’t. so I tipped 400% for that terrible tasting coffee & service

Hello everyone,I want to star by saying I’m a regular customer that works in the mall and usually I order by the app. Today I order what I usually do , I notice it taste diferente and it had more milk than usuall and no taste like coffee so I let them know about it they respond with an attitude but said they with make it again. The barista with the name of Christ gave me my new coffee and pointing to the old one he said “ this one through it away please “ with and attitude like ordering me to do it .I walk away and I notice he turns around and said something to his coworker like a joke. I taste the new coffee while walking and it was literally sugarrrr superrrr sweet like the complete opposite all I said it was that it did not taste like coffee enough like usually is and because of that I got a second one only sugar. I when back again and a really sweet girl who sometimes is there she said don’t worry I’ll make it again I know what you usually order she was really nice and finally I got a good coffee . So yes this guy Christ should not take it personal and treat customer like that.

I went for a Venti Mango Dragon Fruit with lemonaid drink, and I pretty much received ICE; the venti cup is filled with ice and very little lemonaid to drink. This is very disappointing. I love this drink, I paid for the beverage not for a cup full of ice.

Real bad service. Too long time just to make a coffee…
Worst service ever. Didn't expect this from a Starbucks. After waiting on a long line, they screwed up my order. When I told the manager. LYnda, she was rude and although it was their error, I had to go on line again and pay for $2.65 expresso they missed. Also, bathroom for employees was working but not for the customers. Hate this Starbucks!

If I could I would give them 0 stars I walked in at 7:45 and they said they were closed when on the door and the web site says they close at 8:00 I own a retail store and we I’ll wait till last order on our actual closing time if we have to stay a little later after we I’ll do it to satisfy customer service !!

Went in 15 min before they closed and they did not want to take my order cause they were to backed up if they know they will be busy they should get more workers to be able to help people before they close closing is at 8 so to my understanding you help a customer till closing time.very bad service would give them no stars if possible

This Starbucks has to be the worst run store in the history of stores. I ordered a simple black coffee and waited over 10 minutes for its delivery. Typically, the barista who takes the basic coffee order pours it'll up. Not here! You are in the queue and frankly, they don't tell you where to even pick it up. Again, plain coffee. I eventually gave up and walked out. Worst experience ever!
