This place is not like other Starbucks. The the staff is pretty incompetent. They can’t even figure out how to make coffee in the mornings most of the time. I mean you have one job.It will be better if this location closes and leave the customers to more competent local small business. The operators of this location can’t seem to run it like other corporate stores. Sick of wasting my time at this one just to find out they can’t open or make a simple cup of coffee: I hope it closes soon.

This business couldn't handle transient people and as someone who has lived here for a long time I totally understand. It's difficult. But, this brand doesn't belong in this community anyway, and when they took away seating and bathrooms just so they could avoid serving unhoused customers they ruined it for everyone. This place sucks and so does Starbucks in general. Doesn't belong in this community.

Frappuccino had barely any ice and was straight water. Barista asked for more ice at the back after making my drink. So disappointing. Had to ask them to remake it but got some attitude.

We came at 5:40 on August 31st, 2022. The doors were closed, even though the employees were still there. There is no schedule hours listed outside. The website says they are open till 7 p.m. So disappointing...

Very small location. Hours are sporadic at best. When they should be open, they are closed. Finding coffee in this area can be challenging when they are closed. Best bet is to buy ice coffee from a corner liquor store or krisp down the street if they are closed: which is frequently.
The Starbucks team here is wonderful! They are so friendly, down to Earth, and honestly are the ideal brand ambassadors for the company! Mandy recently helped me and her hospitality was best in class. She completely made my day! Whatever the management at this location is doing is clearly working! Could not be more impressed with the team here (and I'm a local so I go here a lot). :) Starbucks corporate, take note!!

The worst Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. Will not be coming to this location again. I refuse to drink creamer with a splash of coffee. I hope corporate can put an end to this location’s lack of caring because it seems they are constantly messing up orders with no consequences.
