Although it looks scary at first, the customer service of the kind uncle is amazing☆ The staff singing along with the music is also a nice touch. The most important thing, the cheesesteak, barely passed the mark. It's delicious, but it doesn't taste like the real thing. If you've never had a cheesesteak, I recommend giving it a try.

Came here and ordered a cheese steak with onions, bell peppers, cherry peppers, and cheese wiz sauce. I was sitting at the tables outside the shop, having eaten half of the cheese steak, when a homeless man came up and stole the other half. The shop owner saw this whole thing happen and even came up to me to make a comment about the guy stealing my sandwich, only to go back to attending to the shop.Now I don't think I'm entitled to anything from the shop, but like, if you saw that happening and you were the shop owner, wouldn't you make the customer a new sandwich? Idk but regardless that rubbed me the wrong way and I probably won't ever come back. Which is a shame because it was a really good cheese steak.
