Pretty good! Not the best I’ve had but right up there! Guys working were very friendly. The Santa Fe, I think it was, wasn’t nearly as spicy as I expected (or wanted). But it was clean and priced well.

All submarinas are NOT the same. This franchise is exceptional…the quality of bread and sandwich condiments, the staff, the location…I read a review that said the staff truly enjoys their work environment and I realized that was exactly it! Such a positive place - and the food is outstanding!

All submarinas are NOT the same, things differ from franchise to franchise (especially the toppings and bread) but it is easy to see why this one has such outstanding reviews. The staff is wonderful and the sandwiches are delicious!
