We normally have a great experience at this location. But this evening was less than stellar. Part of our order was a 6” roast beef with double meat. We had to open the sandwich to see if there was any meat on it at all. We bought very expensive bread. We also ordered a 6” turkey. It wasn’t quite as skimpy but certainly did not have double meat. Hopefully this is not the beginning of the decline of this location.

On-line ordering ends 30 minutes before closing even if the store has 0 customers. Store then refused to honor FLBOGO when we were in store. Also the f'ing app should warn you mobile orders end at 830pm.Pathetic and incompetent.

The employee had zero personality. He acted like it was a chore to be there. And he was pretty chincy with the amt of veggies put in sandwiches. What we did get was yummy though.

Noel is the best worker they have!! I believe that’s his name! Haha. He really knows how to make a sandwich well, you can tell he has mastered it and he is so sweet and knows the little tricks like heating up the veggie patty before you toast the whole sandwich. He should get a raise. I will only get a sandwich from here if he’s working. Thank you!!!!

"Hey dude we're closed". But it's 8:40 on a Friday night and they're not supposed to close until 9. Turns out they're out of bread. What? Supply chain blues? Nope. Just poor planning. Maybe the sandwich artists were getting hummer in the back room? Get outta here. Was very patient the last time when it took them 15 minutes to serve an exceptionally picky family. No more. The yoga mat infused bread will have to feed someone else.

Your typical subway. My order pick up is always ready when I get there 10 minutes early no matter what time I order it at (Lunch rush). Been here 3x and haven't had a complaint.
