Terrible. Brown Lettuce, all veggies were soggy. Bread was dry. Subway typically has fresh bread. There is no reason for the food they are serving to be not taken care of. Young staff in the back upon arrival. TERRIBLE waste of money.

Just ordered 3 sandwiches via the app and added instructions to cut each in to two halves & pack them separately. But it wasn’t done when I picked up. When asked about it the person did cut them as instructed, but he was rude and threw the sandwiches in to the bag I was holding.

Put in an online order. Said it would be ready for pick up at 2:10. I arrived at 2:14 and nothing is ready. I've been waiting 20 minutes and they are still just helping the walk ins.

I'm a regular visitor to this Subway and I have been for many years now. It's been the same solid sandwiches and respectful employees every time. (The only thing that has changed is the price, and now one custom turkey footlong costs $12 without a tip. Wow.) The cookies are great after the sandwich and I think I won't stop coming to the Subway. Every time I get a sandwich, I either get enough in my sandwich, or a bit extra, and the employee never puts very little of any ingredient, which I appreciate. For anyone living in the area, this is the perfect place to get some food if you can't make any that night or want to treat yourself. I just hope everyone's salary increases over time so we can make up for this inflated price.

Tried to the new keto bread and it is actually pretty good very surprised. I don't usually go to subway, always felt their meats were sub par. But until other places serve keto bread this will be my new sub shop for the time being!

To Cynthia who left the review about this location. I was that customer who was there in store you are talking about. I have never witnessed such harassment of a industry worker in my life. First of all if you saw the sandwich was not up to your standard why did you pay for it and eat it first? Then harass a worker and take pictures of them which FYI is illegal to post which is what I was trying to warn you about. It's a $7 sandwich, I told you I have worked in the industry for 10 years and what did you do you responded that you had worked in it for over 20 years..... enough said about you this location is great been going here for over 5 years and the workers are great. To all the readers out there who read Cynthia's review relize she tried to get a teenager fired over an hour harassing the worker which is why I stepped in and asked her to leave.

Just had the worst experience at this subway on Summit Dr Scripps San Diego . There was two ladies working one was a tall brunette the other one was a short brunette. The tall brunette asked me what type of sandwich I stayed tuna give me a scoop and a half most of it fell on the side and I asked her for a little extra tuna and she said I would have to charge you for that. I thought in my mind I shouldn't have to since you spilled half of it on the side. Then she asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted I said no and she proceeded to put it in the toaster anyway. With the same paper that she made my sandwich on she didn't even put it on a fresh paper or clean paper and she gave it to me on the same paper that she made my sandwich on. Which I know subway changes it to a clean paper for your sandwich.Then I was checking out she asked me if I wanted to make that a meal I said sure but she didn't charge me for the drink she only charged me for the sandwich and the chips. This young lady had a huge attitude I asked for her name she would not provide me her name I asked for the phone number to her supervisor she would not provide that to me as well.She went on to argue with me. I ask for the corporate number she stated that she didn't have it and told me "you can Google it right". The worst service I've ever had at that subway. I will tell my coworkers not to go there anymore. Then I saw her on the phone numerous times which I knew she was calling her supervisor. well I was looking for the corporate number she asked me to leave the premises because I was Loitering. Then I went and sat in my car and she was on the phone looking right at me talking to whomever it was on the phone which I would bet was her supervisor. I proceeded into the subway to ask her again for her name and supervisors phone number while she was on the phone she asked me for my name and phone number and I stated to her why should I give you my name if you haven't even provide me your name which I have asked you numerous times. So I took a picture of her and And these customers that were in the store started to get into our conversation and told me that I didn't have the right to take her picture And that it was against the law. As funny as that is as I was pulling out the young lady that was helping me with the attitude was taking a picture of my car as I was driving away. Double standard. I thought about posting her picture on here but I'm better than that. this young lady needs to be taught a lesson on Customer Service . Number one rule is you don't talk back to the customer because as they say customer is always right. secondly if you have nothing to hide then you would be able to provide your name and your supervisors phone number. If you want customers to come back you need to treat customers with respect. Thank you young lady for reminding me how not to act towards customers.
