Hi can I get a 6 inch tuna on white( me)Makes the sandwich( them)Yes, can I please get some more olives ( she literally put 4 olives on my sandwich) she said no we have to count olives now ? ok I let it slide. She then proceeds to put two slithers of onions. We are talking chopped up onions she literally gave me two and refused to give me more. Then only put 2 pickles..So I just turned around and walked out. I don't know if the subway chain is changing its policy but if they really are they're going to lose a lot of customers

Thanks for the sandwich that is literally swimming in sauce (when I asked for one squirt), and for the one my girlfriend got that looks like it was ran over by a car. For $25 dollars? I was charged for a footlong for the 6 inch.Worst Subway I've ever had.

I ordered online and picked the time to pick it up. I received a message saying my order was done for pick to which I was not even close to being there. But once I arrived come to find out my order was not ready. It took a few minutes but the young man finally found it and was glad to help me. I am glad I was late and it wasn't ready for the employees was superb

Screwed up multiple sandwiches on a delivery order. Missing toppings and basic request. They won’t even cut you footlongs. Number on bottom of receipt to provide feedback doesn’t even go to anyone attached to the store. Avoid this store at all costs.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway thanks to an exceptional worker named Haidar. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service made my visit truly enjoyable. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. Haidar went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, setting a great example of outstanding customer service. Their dedication and positive attitude made my meal not just tasty but memorable.

Man oh man where do I start with this one I see it has low reviews due to customer service from what I read But oh boy let my tell about this guy I had 2 encounters with guy named Haidar that guy is just simply amazing at his craft as you can my food is literally as big as my arm he actually gives you your moneys worth and he is just an enjoyable soul I drove past 3 subways just to go to him again He definitely needs a promotion and a major pay raise and I know what your thinking l, a major pay raise for a sandwich? Well no it's not just the sandwich it's just him as a whole everything about that guy just screams come back If this guy had his own sandwich shop it would be the best in San Diego in my opinion I mean this guy was great that I couldn't even tell you what color the walls behind me were because I was so infatuated with him I honestly hope upper management or corporate sees this and gives that guy what he deserves he's the real reason that subway is even still open But yeah Haidar if you happen to read this I wanna let you know your the best and I'll definitely be back thanks again

Three months later at 12:00 noon, there were 2 workers I could see and one more walked in for the lunch rush. I was the only customer in line and my sandwich was made in the normal 5 minutes it usually takes at other Subways. I am now giving this location 5 stars for definite improvement from my previous review.

We ordered two foot long Subway Sandwiches this morning, on the APP. We used the FLBOGO to get one for free.We put in the order when we left the doctor's office, we gave them 20 minutes to get the order completed. We had the sandwiches already set up, already with what was going to be included with the roast beef and the tuna fish.So, we just needed to put in our name and credit card into the APP.When we arrived, the gentleman was working on our sandwiches. He had the list of items of what was to be included in front of him!!!We were impressed with thoroughness of the whole process!!!We thought that the sandwiches were delicious, and they were so big. Gonzalo couldn't finish, and I ate 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner.We will be back soon.

Wish I could give zero stars. Idk the managers name some short man with an ugly braid wrapped around the top of his head. But he gave the WORST SERVICE AND WORST ATTITUDE I have ever seen at any type of fast food joint. I asked for a bmt with turkey instead of ham the "manager" instantly said "I'm not doing that I don't make substitutions" I was like oooookk well what if I pay double even tho I've always gotten the substitution no issue before and he's like yep you'll pay double and then he made a rude comment so I asked his coworker to help me and told her I didn't feel safe talking to him that he was being rude condescending controlling and awful and she looked at him scared of him and he said "no she's going to take her break right now" and I said she can't help me for 2 minutes he said nope she's going on her break rudely and said he didn't have to help me I could leave ALL BECAUSE I WANTED TURKEY INSTEAD OF HAM ON MY FREAKING SANDWICH!!!! What a ridiculous control freak jerk. That is not how customer service works. That is not how you talk to a paying customer. I used to work for subway for 5 years 10 years ago and I would never ever talk to anyone like that because I learned in customer service the customer is always right. So disappointing. I will be telling everyone I know about this crappy location and to be aware and stay away!!!!!

I really hope something changes here. This is some of the slowest, most disinterested service I’ve had, especially for a “fast food” establishment. No sense of urgency in the work.

One of the most unprofessional, offensive moments I have ever experienced at a professional establishment. I was treated like a liar and a low class individual by this older female worker, who refused to provide her name. I had a coupon page sent to me by mail and decided to use one of the coupons on my way home from work. I waited in line for about 15 to 20 minutes until my turn came up, as they were busy. I had my order prepared to explain, as I had already read the fine print of the coupon. As I was approached by the male Subway worker (who was only 2 days into the job, he was great the whole time), I had my coupon ready and presented it to him. He remained professional the entire time I was there but he did not know what to do since he was new, so he presented it to the older Female worker for help. At this moment, in front of other customers, the female worker started to question me on the coupon, telling me this coupon restricts sandwich types. I let her know the coupon only stated 2nd sandwich must be of equal or lesser value. She said where did you get this coupon and I proceeded to pull the whole Subway coupon page out, showing her where I cut it out of and that it was mailed to me. She claimed to have never seen this and that they didn't mail this. I explained Subway the company sent it to me because I have registered for specials in the past and I have gotten these coupon pages many times in the mail and have used it at this location. At this time she kept reading what is excluded from other coupons fine print on the full page, and then proceeded to say that in the fine print on other coupons they have specific sandwich restrictions but this one I am using does not show the same restrictions but says "2nd Sandwich must be Equal or Lesser Value". I explained I'm just getting one Turkey footlong and One Philly footlong. She then proceeded to try to find another reason this won't work with the coupon by repeating wraps are excluded, which was confusing because I had said Footlong already, meaning the regular sub bread. She then started to physically try to match the coupon up with the cut out portion on the full page and made it seem like I was using a fake coupon. I showed her the coupon matches correctly (because she had the coupon backwards when she was placing it against the full page showing it back to me) and then she realized she was wrong here and proceeded to try to make another point of me being wrong, as in moving the goal post just to be right the whole time. At this point, I asked for the full page and cut out coupon back and proceeded to leave, as I felt utterly embarrassed and felt like a thief who could not defend himself because she was refusing all my points just to be right it seemed. I asked her for her manager's name, which she provided, and then asked for her name as I would be reporting her to management. She then said "What's your name?" and I responded by saying "I am a customer, I don't have to provide my name" and she said in response "then I don't have to give mine". She then grabbed her cellphone and ran to the back to basically try to get the story to her Boss before I can register my complaint to him. This was all childish behavior and I have never been treated so badly by an establishment that I have been to for years. I have been to this specific location for years but I will never return. I want to speak to someone in Corporate as this was one of the most unacceptable interactions I have had. I want to convey my thoughts and details to a higher up. This behavior has to be checked and stopped. It truly ruined my night and this is unfair treatment as a customer.
