My kids and I waited 4 hours to cross the border. We were hungry so we decided to stop at this location. The employee told us that he was very busy cleaning the back and we could order only to go We wanted to seat there and enjoy our sandwiches before heading home with us another hour away. We left and had to find another place to eat!!

This place cross contaminates, I’d avoid this location if you have any food allergies.Asked them to use a clean knife and no they refuse they use a dirty knife covered in tuna and mustard to cut my sandwich.Had to throw it out because of food allergies.Out of all my years going to subway locations this is the first time ever that they refuse to practice safe food handling standards and cross contaminated my food on purpose.I expect corporate or the location manager to contact me back immediately as I will be reporting this the San Diego health department, and subway corporate.This is America, we have laws and safety regulations. If an American food venue doesn’t want to comply you will be reported for violating the law. This isn’t a game it’s people lives.

Been coming here for years. They been getting skimpy with all ingredients, overcharging and pretend it's accident or mistake, but done often and if uncaught you get dupped. They say owner asks them to do that.
