Ronni exemplified outstanding customer service by adeptly recalling my order during my third visit ONLY. Despite balancing work responsibilities with a brief lunch break, she efficiently expedited the service by recalling what my order was from last 2 visits.

Kaylee Probably provided me with the worse service I ever had in my life! No smile no eye contact didn’t get me what I asked for. I was so annoyed I wanted to just walk out. After I put no Tip she moved my sandwich to me and walked away and said something under her breath. I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and if my employees EVER treated a customer like that they will be FIRED! I hope someone from corporate will call me about this!!!! Horrible!

I came into the Subway location at 4 PM on Saturday on a perfect hot summer day. I just got paid so I was really looking forward to treating myself to dinner. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is that the store was immaculate. All the veggies looked like they had just been stocked and I was greeted by a sweet young person, whose name was Kaylee. Given the location of this particular Subway location, i was very pleased with the customer service I received here. The girl who made my sandwich was on the quiet side but she made my sandwich exactly as I requested. I ordered a footlong Turkey sub & I get it toasted w/ the onions, bell peppers + oil on it bc it softens the veggies and really adds a nice kick! Id highly suggest trying it.. The girl who made my sandwich was so sweet + had such a great personality. I was super surprised there was only one person working at 4 in the afternoon on a hot summer day, in the middle of a serious commuter/business district.. It's pretty obvious that management short staffs this place to cut corners & try to save $$ and I just find that unacceptable. This is an extremely busy area and so I was shocked to find only one person working behind the counter. My msg to mgmt: step it guys & staff your store adequately bc this affects customer wait times, as well as staff morale. At the least you could start by giving this girl a raise. Jus' sayin And now, Im taking a step off my soap box... RANDOM FINAL FACTS: * I was super grateful this location has both AC + a working restroom, despite the growing number of homeless people in the area. * Subway no longer offers swiss cheese or oregano * If you're a baller on a budget like me or just like saving some dough, then Id suggest m logging onto the SUBWAY APP before you come here in person. Thet frequently offer promotions, under the condition that you order your food thru the app.

Bahala Na?

I order the same thing once and awhile. It’s a bowl that cost a pretty penny due to my choice in dieting. I work hard for my money and I believe if I request extra green vegetables I should receive them. Something has changed over there and my usual bowl is absolutely disgusting. You don’t want my annual $15 dollars that’s fine. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I will note I always tip and have done a experiment and have concluded they will disrespect your order is added. I kept adding until the first incident now it’s every time and I’m not going to reward that.

Usually only really write reviews when I'm a bit annoyed or have reason to publicly complain. This is not one of those Rene has superb customer service and manages their branch of subway extremely well. The place is immaculately clean, you are greeted on entry, your order is carefully listened to and prepared quickly. Pleased to find my new favourite subway location. Keep up the amazing customer service and food! commendations to Rene!
