I am here on business and stopped in for a quick breakfast. All of my expectations were blown away. Look at this beautiful Eggs Benny!! Fast, friendly staff and a beautiful restaurant.

Disappointed in the breakfast. The avocado toast was not topped with actual avocado slices but rather made as a guacamole style green paste and then topped with vinaigered whole cherry tomatoes on top--difficult to eat and tasted strange. The feta omelette barely had any feta or much of anything else inside and was bland.I'm giving 2 stars for the location/view and the good coffee and waiter.

Best breakfast burrito in SD. Coffee was just okay - not hot enough even though I was the first one served at the restaurant this morning lol. Restaurant was very clean, waitresses were super nice

We went for my mother in laws birthday and had the BEST experience. The Chief even came out and wished Carol a happy birthday and told us all about the food and wine. Amazing! Amazing!

Got the heuvos rancheros for breakfast, and loved it! Eggs were perfect, sauce had a bit if smoky heat, and the coffee was devine. Well priced too.

When I first walked in, and had to check in, I thought, uh oh... snobby wine bar. Well, it is kinda a hipster wine bar, but still pretty cool! It's like walking down into a wine cellar at a Napa winery with it's concrete floors and sparce interior decorations. There are bars set up all around, and little couches for people in the middle of the room.

We stayed at the Indigo one night before moving on to the IC. I am combining the 9th floor outdoor bar experience with the morning breakfast experience in this review. I will only mention this review in my Indigo hotel review later. We received drink coupons instead of points as our option choice at check-in. The bar had last call at 9:30 so we stopped by after dinner about 8 pm. It was NBA playoff night so the TVs were tuned to that. There was a decent crowd for a Wednesday night. Views of a darkened Petco Field (home of the San Diego Padres) could be seen in the distance. I had a Guinness dark draught beer while my other half had a glass of white wine. I wanted to add a tip since the drinks were complimentary, but the bartender, who was training, did not know how to ring up the drink coupons, so I had to wait until the main one was off break. The so-called free coupons generated a charge of $1.13 (unknow why-tax perhaps) so I just left a tip to reach the $5 I had planned to leave in total. Except for some potty mouthed women, the bar experience was very good. We ate breakfast on Thursday morning in the restaurant. Steph was our server per the receipt. I thought the prices were high until I ate at the IC restaurant a few days later where the choices were very few with small portions and unreasonalbe prices. Breakfast at Table 509 was much better with decent portions and not too bad prices as it turned out. I had the East Village Breakfast ($14.50). It included 2 eggs any style, choice of meat, toast (2 slices), and potatoes. Eggs were cooked perfectly over medium as ordered, bacon was moist, toast was just right, and a very generous portion of Tater Tots was good as well. I just drank water which was refilled frequently as needed. Other half had the Croissant Sandwich (also $14.50) which included a bowl of fruit. He had the $5 coffee so he made sure to get one to go due to the price?? Overall, a very good breakfast ($45 with tip). If we stay there again, I would probably have breakfast again but may go out looking in the area for other choices. We booked with points so adding breakfast wasn't an option, but I would see how much it costs to add breakfast if booking with the "best available" rate or similar which allows such. Enjoyed the open window with fresh air and easy people watching plus a great street level view of the baseball stadium!

Pretty cool spot. We popped in for a little bit to check it out. We had one of the happy hour drinks and you could not complain about the price versus amount. You definitely get your money's worth.

american food and service at this spot is excellent. Entered near ten, it was not crowded. I'll return friends next time. Bring your appetite because portions are generous.
