This place is insanely busy w/ online orders (I've been delivering on the apps for the last 2 years) but I never tried it, because I assumed everything was just sugar water (I'm T1D) Maaaaaaan, I've been missing out. I mostly get the same thing, because it's so good, but the lady asked me the other day if I wanted boba. I've never had it and assumed it was gelatin, nope, just tapioca starch. I don't know if you've ever had boba but trust me, it's like a circus in your mouth, like it is so much fun ?? I wasn't sure what the straw and sucking these things was going to be like, but I got the hang of it (just drink slowly, nbd) I see others are complaining about cost, but it's tea, and I've spent A LOT of money on tea in my lifetime, and this is damn good, high quality tea. I'm unaware if they have food options for me, but I'll check that out in the future. The young people at UTC, LOVE this place btw, I can easily run 6-8 orders, PER DAY

Rude and disorganized. Waiters never show. Food has too much salt. They removed all QR code but then leave no instruction for how to order food. When being reminded, the cashier became irritated and blame the customer for not knowing their unspoken instruction.

We walked in excited to get boba and it was 650 for a small which was the first red flag. Then though the lady working there was really nice, they explained they didn’t have boba!! At a boba place!! My friend got a drink also that turned out to be 8 dollars!!! Then, they came up to explain that the drink actually is hot only and that they could not physically put ice in that drink. Mind you, it didn’t specify that it was hot only. After all of that the drink was watered down and disappointing.Moral of the story,, I don’t recommend sadly but mango was okay.

I ordered tea. I got tea in a soup bowl. I was not pleased. It is a tea place where it should be in a teapot. Not in a soup bowl. On top of that I only had one teacup, but both me and my boyfriend ordered tea. What am I going to do with one teacup? Is he supposed to spoon his tea in his mouth? We didn't order soup. Super disappointed.

The menu was so big and the place seemed busy but I got my boba in about 30 seconds LOL it was so fast and it’s super good. The menu looks so good so I’m definitely coming back to try something new next

We receive amazing amazing amazing service every time we come here. The workers are also so kind and helpful. Their drinks are the best out of any boba shops.You can tell they use high quality teas. Recommend the rose milk tea!We also love their spicy squid. 10/10 every time
Came here while super charging with the kids. They picked their drinks and didn't pick boba. Cause my kids don't like boba. They added boba to all 3 drinks. I told the guy kids customized the order specifically because they don't like boba. Guy said they would remake 1 drink. I'm like why?! Why only 1?! He said because the brown sugar comes with boba. I told him we specifically excluded boba from the entire order. They were nice enough to remake it, hence the removal of 2 stars for having to ask why they have us use the kiosk and then just ignore what we want anyway. Drinks were ok. Their process needs some help.

I ordered a honey green milk tea and a black milk tea with boba. I loved the honey flavor of the boba. The tea tasted very authentic. Their popcorn chicken is delicious although the spice is not evenly coated on the pieces. There is a lot of space to sit but if you are there to study or work make sure to charge your devices beforehand. The employees are eager to help too. great vibe!

Haven’t had boba a ton of times, but enjoyed this boba much more than the others I’ve had. We got the green tea and rose. It wasn’t overly sweet and the taste was very herbal and delicious. Will return!

Craving for Taiwanese chicken! Found this spot in Clairemont. Perf for after grocery shopping and to reset. You can either order on the kiosk or at the counter. You then self-seat and they'll bring the order out to you if you dine in. We ordered popcorn chicken combo which comes with rice, veggies, and choice of complementary iced sweetened black or green tea. You can also opt to upgrade your boba to a different one of your choosing for half off. Example if the drink you want is normally $4, then when you upgrade your free drink that comes with your combo - you'll only pay $2 more! The popcorn chicken had all the flavors and were nice chunky juicy pieces. I just prefer these to be crunchy, maybe a little smaller with more crunch.

The Taro milk tea with boba was delicious. The wonton soup and sausage fried rice could have used some salt but was otherwise perfect. Everything was packed neatly. I will definitely order from here
