Good service tasty food. Visiting at an event in March the room was cold! We had to keep our jackets on for the 2 hours!Atmosphere old fashioned 60/ 70s dark wood paneling, booths, pics of stars from long ago. Tablecloths, and linen napkins.

We went Saturday March 2nd to celebrate my wife's birthday. The entire experience was fantastic. The food was delicious. I specifically want to thank and acknowledge our server Berlyn for the exceptional customer service and for making our evening very special.

Everything about the experience tonight was almost perfect, the only thing was that my steak was undercooked(as for medium and got medium rare) but everything else was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and I would definitely come back. JC was our server and she was excellent.

Came here on a client dinner party of 6 guys. I believe the restaurant has changed ownership recently, and the menu and staff has all been overhauled. Claudia was our server, and she was training a young server and showing her the ropes. Both were super sweet, and my clients were impressed by the ambiance and the food. Great night had by all. Some of the people on here chiming in about the girls' uniforms is nonsense. I think they just have a beautiful staff, and Claudia runs a tight ship! Butcher Shop is legit! Go check them out!

Food was good and the decor was as I expected. The atmosphere was a little off though. The server/hostess outfits are very jarring and down right trashy. I'm not a conservative person but the bright red, spandex skater skirts and over the top cleavage on the barely legal servers just threw off the vibe for me. I'm not in a hurry to return.

The ambiance is like an old fashion style with dim lights and candles at the table. It was really nice & decorated. Trinity took our order & was really sweet & friendly. She gave us some suggestions on the food when we shared that it was our first time trying this place. I ordered "the petite cut" medium well with seasonal veggies with a salad. The prime rib was okay and needed a little more flavor. The seasonal veggies were tasty and so was my cesar salad. I also did really enjoy the bread & garlic they serve at the beginning. I liked it so much I asked for more.

The food was good, service was friendly and attentive. However, my quip with this place is the uniform that the waitresses (all appear to be females in early-mid 20s) wear. Imagine a steakhouse crossed with a Hooters and this is it. Extremely short skirts and low cut v neck shirts? I didn't expect to see so much "cheek" everywhere while eating my expensive meal with my date. For the price point of this place it makes no sense really, so think twice if you're thinking of coming here for an intimate date night as I could see it being an awkward situation for some. BUT, our waitress was very sweet and did a great job so I'm only taking a star off for the makes-no-sense ambiance. The mai tai that I ordered was delicious and strong, I wanted to get another one but didn't want to be stumbling out. Haha. Overall, this place is good but could market itself more clearly as either a risque, man-driven steakhouse or an intimate, classy steakhouse. As it is not possible to be both IMO.

The scallops were awesome, the tenderloin not so much. The glaze was a little bitter and whoever cooked it, didn't do it medium like I asked. The inner part of the cubes was more rare than medium. If I were to do it all over again, I would order the scallops, like my wife. I'm still drooling over them. Strange that they didn't bring us any bread. I had to order their garlic cheesebread. It was really good. Service was great. She was very attentive.

First time here and was impressed! Food portion was good. We sat in room next to bar therefore it was loud and we had to yell across the table. Only compliant was that food came out warm versus hot. However taste and service compensated for that.

My family and I love the food and the atmosphere here! It has a Las Vegas restaurant vibe. The servers are super friendly, even the busboy was so accommodating! Yahaira was the nicest and sweetest! She took care of us (a large group) and made sure to keep checking on us! She even gave me a birthday creme brûlée and made it a special night for us. Thank you Butcher Shop for employing such a wonderful person as Yahaira!

My family and I have been coming here for years for any occasion or no occasion! The service is always excellent and we love the food. I like to request a table near the fireplace because it's so cozy, especially during cold weather. Tonight my sister chose to celebrate her birthday here because she was craving the prime rib we had a couple of weeks ago! We were served by Yahaira D and she was an exceptional host, and seemed like part of our family. I can't say enough about how amazing she made our experience here tonight. I requested a table near the fireplace again and our dinner was great. We had a nice time and enjoyed the people and food. Everything was perfect.
