Had a hard time getting the code to show staff who weren’t very helpful and seemed bothered having to walk me through it even though I used the app before. The sandwich was unimpressive for the hype, bread was overly buttered/oily and feel apart with every bite. Green bean tempura was good, but hard to mess that up. Ice cream cone machine still not working as the texture is chalky and NOT creamy like Chick F LA or McD. Other locations seem to have it working, but not this spot….”it’s alway been like this…” Well f’n fix it. Lazy. Most likely won’t revisit Habit again as CFA or even Wendy’s has better app deals.

Good burgers at a fair price. Sometimes they are a little dry, like today, but overall good. 2/17/2024When we come to this area, we like to eat at the Habit. This one's food was good, the service was good, and the place was clean. Parking was a problem.Four stars ? ? ? ?
Poor service. Had to repeat the order multiple times and also the to go part. It was like the cashier was not listening at all. This was at the Habit Burger in Mira Mesa. Also very slow service when not busy.

I went to the store with my daughters and we went to the register. The associate informed us that they only accept cash payments and we could only use the kiosk to pay. However, a customer who came after us was able to place their order and pay in cash. I approached the cashier and questioned how the machine worked for that customer if it didn't work for us, suggesting that this was discrimination. The cashier replied that they assumed our order would be too large because there were three of us, whereas the other customer was alone. I argued that this remark was discriminatory as they had no idea about the size of our order, especially since they took the order of the young female who came after us and turned us away.
