The customer service was superb! Everyone we encountered there was super nice friendly and patient ( we had a few questions since this was our first time there). The food was delicious!! I devoured the impossible burger which was the best impossible burger I've eaten yet and the garlic fries were amazing! They definitely exceeded my expectations! The rest of my crew ordered the bbq chicken sandwich and a bbq burger along with some fries and they loved theirs as well. Good fountain drink options. We also enjoyed their warmed chocolate chip cookie... mmmm. Their facilities and dining area were very clean which is a must for me. Wish I had taken some pics but I was too busy enjoying my food lol! Next time we will have to try their shakes.

I was really impressed by their service, especially the cashier Amin made my day ! I walked in for the first time and was really confused on what to get. Amin was really helpful in describing the menu, and had a friendly positive attitude. I felt real good for the first time, has been a great experience!

My coworkers and I decided to do something quick for lunch so we picked this spot. It had been on my list for a while to try and I was not disappointed. I think everyone thought that their burgers were really good. I ordered the impossible mushroom and Swiss which was really good. I don't think the flavors were lost given it was plant based! It was juicy and paired with Swiss cheese and mushroom it was so good. I added my own condiments as it does not come with any. Myra provided excellent service and made an excellent recommendation as I was torn between the garlic parm fries or the cheddar bacon ranch. I went with the cheddar bacon ranch fries which you could probably be filled with just that. The presentation was extremely enticing and my mouth immediately started watering when I saw my tray!LOL the atmosphere was very casual where you order first and then take your seat to wait for your order to be called. Our food came out really quick and i will definitely be back!

Uh, wow. The burgers are terrific. We thought this was going to be like Shake Shack - a decent smashburger - but the high quality of the beef and the toppings stood out immediately. Gluten-free bun is so great (and ask for no butter on the bun for dairy-free!) Fries were decent, we like the "melt spice" although it is mild. Folks were very friendly and knowledgeable about allergens which we appreciated.Dietary restrictions: Cater to gluten free and dairy free, just ask or see their extremely helpful Allergen guide online.

Just a shout out for the awesome management and staff. My friend and I went in for a quick burger before our movie. I happen to mention a bad experience we had at the movie theater. The manager was so sweet she said come on over after your movie and have a milk shake on me! Besides great customer service their burgers are delicious. We will definitely be back!

They apparently are open pretty late which is unusual in this area. I was glad they have gluten free options but wish they had non-dairy cheese.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread options.
I live up north in Murrieta and whenever i come down here i ALWAYS hit up the melt!! They are sooo fire.I also love the workers there because they hook me up with “THE MELT SEASONING” I 10/10 RECOMMEND ❤️?
