We've been here a couple of times, and I'll have to say that the food is delicious. The decor and atmosphere are lovey. However, the lighting upstairs is difficult to read the menus and see the food enough to really enjoy any presentation of it.First impressions of the table settings; the light that they have on the table doesn't seem to be the right style to fit with the rest of the decor, the table was wobbly and drinks spilled because of it, the table cloths were wrinkly and crooked. If you advertise your restaurant as a fine dining establishment, please pay attention to the details. Details matter. The second time we visited our table was so slanted that the two people on the ends had their wine glasses sliding off of the table. Again, the linens were wrinkly. It is unacceptable to sit at a table in a restaurant that I wouldn't even put in my backyard for an impromptu cookout. The tvs with the fireplace on them is tacky. They do not add anything to the ambiance but rather take away from it, and it seems like the owners THINK it's a good idea. If you can't have a real fireplace, please skip the kitschy decor. It seems like they are trying too hard to be fining dining but missing the mark in so many ways.I was disappointed with the lack of dessert menu/ choices. It seems like the desserts were a complete afterthought or disregarded as a whole. What a loss! They are missing out on at least another $50 to our bill and revenue for their restaurant. The first time we visited was our first time, and we came in with a group of 4. We were seated upstairs, which was so hot that we had a difficult time enjoying our out of town guests. I'm glad I had a fan in my purse because I was sweating profusely, which is very uncomfortable. The table next to us was also complaining about the temperature of the upstairs. Our server told us that the ac wasn't working, so I'm wondering why you would seat patrons in a room that is not suitable for a fine dining experience. She was sweating so bad that she was wiping the sweat from her face and neck the whole time. I felt bad for her. It was gross and a turn off to eating here but we were already seated so we decided to stay. She kept apologizing that they were a new restaurant, so they were still working out the kinks. I get it, but there were tables downstairs to seat us at. Our server was great about what the specials were and any recommendations. We ordered several appetizers, steaks, a halibut, and sides to share. The food was well plated, and the flavors were delicious. The wait, however, was atrocious. HOURS waiting on food with no bread or anything but the cocktails we ordered. The second time we visited, we came a little later, in a group if 6, and were again seated upstairs. We were told there was ac on this time. At first, it was okay, but it got increasingly hot as the night went on, and again, I'm sitting there sweating and uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant, but I think some extra training in fine dining might be in order. The young kid that served our water, etc, was awkward, fumbled with our items, and didn't listen well. He seemed confused with what was going on the whole time. Our server was also sweaty and wiping his face a lot. He also kept making the excuse that they were a new restaurant.... stop with the excuses and fix the problems. He either completely forgot to bring the wine bottle for 2 of our guests at the table. The mixed cocktails came out at least 10 minutes before the wine was brought, AND we had to ask for it!The service was horrendously slow. We were there for a total of 3+ hours, and it was because we were waiting on the food the whole time! I love a long meal but only if there is food the whole time. We ordered fairly quickly because we knew what we wanted but also because our server was nowhere to be found, so we wanted to get food in before he disappeared again. No bread, etc, to satiate any hunger pains. The tables next to us also commented on how horribly slow the food was.Final thought

A lovely steakhouse on the high end side. Beautiful restaurant! It used to be the old Hunters many years ago. The bar is very nice. Food was excellent. Loved the lamp light on the tables. You can actually change the light from low to high dim by touching it. (Yes, it was cool to have that so I can read my menu when it can be dark in the rooms). Typical fancy resraurants. :) Overall fantastic staff, service, and location.

We loved checking out the Remy which is located where Hunter Steakhouse used to be! Completely renovated and the ambiance is amazing!! Montana rustic vibes, awesome bar and 3 levels! They have a cool private event space on the 3rd floor! The drink selection and wine selection is awesome! Happy hour prices for drinks 10-12 dollars and the food selection is yummy! We had ceviche, tuna tartare and the wagyu burgers!!! Yummm! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. A must go to spot!

I took some clients out to lunch at the Remy, what an experience! The food was amazing, probably the best steak I've had in a while. The ambiance was really nice and the service was great! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

The service was amazing when I walked into the door. I liked how the building - restaurant was in a corner with a lot of shade. It looked really relaxing. When you walk into the restaurant you can see it's really well decorated. It has a nice theme. The food was really good. I went and sat at the bar and got the $11 Wagyu smashburger special. That thing was very juicy and flavorful. I will be coming back again to try a few different things. Thank you very much for taking care of me

Not impressed with the food at all. Ordered my steak medium-plus; what I got was basically rare. The steak was flavorful, but I could only eat the edges. Our waiter, who was great, took the steak back, but even on the second round, still pretty bloody. Also had the au gratin potatoes which were hard and somewhat watery. Meal for two, with a salad and one drink each was $200.

Walking in, was greeted pleasantly with the most amazing decor, perfect for a fancy steakhouse. The bar was glistening with gold flakes and looked like it was 100 ft long! Drinks were original and delicious but it wasn’t until I had the steak… never had a steak melt in my mouth as I ate it. The owner was walking around, greeting all the guests. In all, 5 stars all around! Thank you guys for the experience!

My fiancée and I came for their happy hour and it was amazing. The server Dominic was really helpful and guided us through the menu since it was our first time here. Dominic also let us know about the weekly options so we knew what they offered on other days. We had a little of everything from the drinks to the food menu. The Smash burger was amazing and the tuna sandwich was really fresh. The drinks for happy hour were also delicious, and the prices were even better. You can’t go wrong coming here and we will definitely be back. The dessert was also really good, the crème brûlée was amazing.Parking: Parking onsite with plenty of room.

3.5-4 star. Went here during Valentines for dinner. Had reservations and was seated immediately. It's very rustic, dark, and intimate. There's two floors and we were seated on the lower area where the bar was. Service was good, but they did take a while with taking our orders and bringing out the food. Everyone will rave about the prawns and how great it is, but honestly it wasn't the best. We were told so many people keep the dish after finishing up so they can eat the sauce since that's the star of the whole dish but my gosh it was extremely salty. Not sure if it was the chorizo / sausage they used but it was very much similar to eating a spoon full of salt so we won't be getting that next time around. The steak was cooked perfectly and was so tender but the sea salt on top was also a bit much that it overpowered the meat. Not sure if their food is always so salty but that seemed to be the issue for us that night. The duck confit was probably the dish that was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The duck was SO crispy and tender. You do not taste any gaminess that you usually taste in duck. The veggies used and dressing was a great compliment. We also got the s'mores brownie. My partner loved it but personally it was too under cooked for me. Unless you love chewy and melt in your mouth chocolate, it won't be for you. The drinks were fine. The pandan flavor was very subtle. Martini was strong. Will be going back but definitely will be telling them to keep it light with the salt.

Great food, great ambiance, great service, plenty off street parking the times I have been there. My fave items on the menu are the oysters, the filet mignon. Worth every penny. Salads are delicious too.

Now the basis of this review is not entirely the fault of the restaurant but Yelp recommended this place for a "quick bite" near our hotel fairly late at night so we decided to go there. Walked in and the atmosphere and attire of other patrons told us this was not the kind of "quick bite" we had in mind but since it was so late we decided to stay. Should have got up an left as soon as we saw the menu but our tiredness got the better of us. All of the entrée choices were simultaneously very expensive and not especially appetizing. Didn't feel like spending more than $60 for a steak I was going to eat less than half of so I looked at the appetizers, most of them were seafood based and the few that weren't were not my cup of tea at all. Thought about getting a salad but there was a limited selection of salad dressing (I prefer a honey mustard dressing). I ended up getting an order of fries for dinner, which was a bit overdone but it was well seasoned. I did not get a drink but my two companions did, they reported that the drinks were strong but did not taste very good. I will say the service was good, they were nice considering we were obviously not their usual clientele. This place would have been better if I was going there for an upscale/trendy steakhouse but I wasn't so I definitely did not enjoy myself, I don't generally go for trendy in any case. I debated whether to hold Yelp's poor "quick bite" recommendation against this place but they do list "casual dining" as one of their attributes which I do not believe is accurate, at least not on Saturday night.
