This restaurant is pretty good but it thinks it’s better than it is. The plates are a little small for their quality. Basically—good not great.

We went for weekend brunch and since we had reservations, we were seated immediately.Pros: We had the wood fired cauliflower and chicken sandwich. The wood fired cauliflower was simply delicious with a burst of flavors (tangy, sweet with a little bit of spice). The portion size is particularly small for this dish but we were warned by the waitress beforehand so we knew what to expect. The chicken sandwich was nice and juicy.Cons: For a brunch place, the only coffee option they had was the drip coffee. So if you're looking for a nice cup of latte or espresso or cappuccino, you won't find it here.

The menu is diverse and creative. The food and cocktails are excellent. The wait staff was excellent but the host was slow to respond because they were spending time (10 mins) working a table that was clearly spending high dollars on their drinks. Made our group feel less than.

Came here on a Saturday night a little after they opened. We asked for a table for 2, they asked if we had a reservation (we did not have one), and the hostess let us know that the bar area was available and it was happy hour. We took a seat at the bar and were helped right away! All of the staff were very friendly and informative when explaining each dish. The food was amazing and each dish had such great flavors! Expect to order at least 2 dishes for yourself since each dish is a small/medium portion and meant for sharing. My personal favorite was the Oxtail Raviolini (not pictured)! I would absolutely recommend this place and I'll 100% be back for more!

The food was fabulous. Shared plates made it so we got to try a lot of different options. Sean was our waiter and he was wonderful.

We arrived at 7:30, our reservation was for 7:45, so we grabbed a seat at the bar and had a glass of wine while the bartender (very knowledgeable) went through the menu with us. We waited till around 8 pm and addressed the time constraints with the host. We waited till 8:15, we wanted enough time before times up with our babysitter. We were seated at 8:25, almost 45 min after our reservation. We had three entrees and all were delicious, especially the oxtail dish. We then ordered dessert, which was ice cream. We waited about 20 min for the desert and because it took so long we had to take it to go. Needless to say, we were given no plastic spoon so it melted in the car ride home. The food was excellent but the flow of the night was challenging and very little was done about this inconvenience through the night.

Came to Trust for brunch. They had some specials on the menu that I can't find online, namely, the carrot cake pancakes. Originally I was just going to go with the pastrami eggs Benedict, but I ordered a small stack of carrot cake pancakes on a whim. The pancakes were the best. Fluffy, flavorful, not too sweet, choc full of yum, and served with what seemed like butter whipped with cream and a touch of vanilla. Excellent service, as always. Perhaps a tad pricey, but memorable and a great mood-booster.

Fun place to go with friends. Specializes in smaller shares plates. Beet salad, charcuterie board, brisket and lamb ragu were all excellent. The only negative was dessert took a little while to make. The service was excellent, I think just either the apple gratin or the milk and cookie pie took a bit of time.
