sadly this place has closed. Hopefully something equally as amazing will take it's place. :)

Sigh. I wish I had reviewed Twiggs sooner. I always thought they'd be around forever. The BEST biscuit breakfast sandwiches ever. The best cakes at the bakery. They made my wedding cake. I have many good memories at this coffee shop. It truly is the end of an era. They will be sorely missed.

Why I'm not going back is because of the new owners that seem to have watered down the coffee if that's possible, it just doesn't seem like the old happy Twiggs that I'm Used to having my coffee with friends. Don't trust them stamping your free coffee cards as they double stamped my last two visits. Watch them on this stamping over previous visits ~

Chill spot to relax or get work done. Friendly staff, overall clean place. Indoor & sidewalk seating. Dark, medium, & light toast coffee available with discount refills. Somewhat limited menu, but looked like they had a bunch of pies or quiche in the fridge display.I had a old vagrant with a bag full of prescription pill bottles sit near me on a mostly empty morning, in addition to the junkies on the street. I'm used to it, but wouldn't use the bathroom after him.

Have been coming to this place for 20 years. Long term staff are super friendly. Ownership changed last year and the new owners need better customer service skills! I know they ( like all service industry outlets) are having a hard time filling positions but sad to see some staff with no customer service skills. Came in one afternoon at the Park Street location and waited 4 minutes at counter before the two staff people saw me . They were too busy chatting about “that band”. The cakes and pastries are delicious at both locations ! Park street AM staff are tops !

This coffee shop is an established spot in the community.. you can feel the love, see the love, and know you are loved just as you are. There are games, cards, social groups, meeting spots, the most incredible butter biscuits, holy cow wonderful ..The staff here are welcoming... Seriously there is just love all around this place

Some of the friendliest staff I've encountered. The bites here are all scrumptious. I love biscuits these do not disappoint - make it a sandwich and you'll be full for a while. The Coffee was good too. A unique spot in the area. I'll definitely be back.

A lovely little cafe/coffee shop with even lovelier staff! As a visiter to the area i was overwhelmed with ever new shop I entered. The Baristas on staff at the time, Trenton and Angela were so patience, sweet and helpful! I was brave and got the iced pistachio and orange chia latte with oat milk! It was a balance of sweet and nutty and kept me cool later when walking about outside!

I stopped here to get a Chai while walking around the area. It's a good sized coffee shop with chairs and tables inside the shop as well as outside. There is a public bathroom. The inside mood felt vintage but updated. The menu is fairly limited but had basic coffee and tea drinks. There were a few pastries but not too many left. I think the limited supply was due to the afternoon hour.Sadly my Chai was not good. I have no idea why. I think I'm used to it being sweeter. It's a good place to sit and chat or work, and most of the tables inside had people on laptops or their phones. I sat outside, and all those tables were open.Parking is a huge pain.

Amazing local coffee shop. Employees are so friendly and know so many locals by name. You feel like you're in your own home when you come here! Great food even better coffee.

Friendly staff when entering, greeting you. Mellow environment. A lot of customers seem to know one another, so definitely has brought community together. As well as staff knowing their regulars. Have been several times & each time everything has been great. I got a 20 oz cold brew with half & half & sugar free vanilla syrup. Husband got a 20 oz green iced tea. We also got a crossiant and a cheese danish. They ask if we want these warmed up & its sooo tasty warm. They also provide butter and jelly with your crossiant if you'd like. (You put the butter and jelly on yourself) The shop has inside seating as well as some outdoor seating. Great place!

Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much. Either way, the coffee is decent and the food is pretty good… but priced on the higher end. Overall, not a bad experience, but also not one for which one might rush back.

A true local spot in the heart of university heights. They have half price day old baked goods! The coffee is mediocre but it’s an excellent spot for meeting a friend or posting up to work for the day.

Very nice ambiance, yummy specialty coffee that's not overly sweet, and solid service, what more can you ask for?
