Creative burgers, sandwiches and fries with bold flavors and quality ingredients that are not the usual but very well thought out. If you love the subtleties of delicate flavors this may not be for you but I would recommend broadening your horizons and try it when you can share. My sandwich came with fries which I didn't expect and they were perfectly seasoned (not just salt) and lightly crispy on the outside. All came in a plant based container too so bonus there too! The guy in the shop was super nice as well so even happier to support smaller businesses like this that have obviously put creativity and thought into their craft, execute well and are also customer focused. Pro Tip: If you're going to a North Park brewery order takeout from here ahead of time to take with you. You will be hard pressed to find a takeaway food option in the area that would be a better pairing for a brewery trip.

I finally tried this place today after a year and a half of living 2 blocks away and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken tikka masala sandwich and it was amazing. Now I need to Try all the other sandwiches, The entire menu looks awesome.

Hole in the wall place so don't expect to eat here especially with covid but man is the food good. The man behind the counter treats people right and is respectful. I eat here often.

4.5 stars! Rating just the twist burger. Flavors were super balanced and I was scared the arugula would be overpowering but it wasn’t at all. Not a standard burger but it was a nice change up! Docked .5 starts because I asked for medium rare and got medium well. But other than that. I’m coming back!

This place is a must try. The chicken wings are super crispy and the sauces are amazing. The sandwiches are great as well. The owner is very friendly and passionate about bringing a variety of cultures into his cuisine, which I really appreciate. They make the food to order, so call in ahead of time and also it will be fresh. My favorites are the hot Moroccan sandwich and the mango habanero sauce for the wings, however I have much more to try! Went here two days in a row when I first tried it because we loved it that much!

Best sandwich & burger spot in the city, by far and wide. Saad (the guy who runs the joint) is not only an amazing cook with a deep understanding of his ingredients, but is also an amazing guy! Hard to find places like this. Like really hard. What a treasure.

We picked up the 3 Veggie options, Mediterranean, twist caprese and cauliflower shwerma...so tastey and fresh. We enjoyed it and the owner is a delight..from the bronx and proud of it. Would def go back and want to taste the trini one next time.

5 stars: compostable containers 4 stars: Jamaican j*** and pear hoisin Korean BBQ sauces 3 stars: Twist burger (solid in areas but didn't stand out in any either) 2 stars: chicken wings (chicken itself wasn't that succulent or tasty), sweet potato and seasoned French fries (flavor was okay but zero crunch)
Loved the burger and sweet potatoes fries. Quality burger with great sauce and avocado puree complimented perfectly. Can't wait to try the wings!

Such a great burger! Got the boring with added avocado puree all I can say is wow. All flavors compliment each other perfectly! Sweet potatoes fries nice and crispy just needed some ranch dipping sauce lol. Will totally be back, can't wait to try the wings. Also no place to sit but balboa park is a quick 4 minute drive.

I tried a cheeseburger and wings with a friend. We were pleasantly surprised by the wings. They hv the best wings around. Cheeseburger was delicious but wings was outstanding. It's a one man show here.. he truly knows what he is doing. I definitely will be back!!!

Chopped it up with the owner while picking up and they seemed like such a genuine soul and it really comes through it their cooking. Got two sandwiches and an order of wings. My wife couldn’t decide on sauce and he was super cool about us getting all of them. The wings were insanely crispy and fresh, sauces were amazing and sandwiches were great. The Italian chicken special was killer. Definitely worth the hype.
