Great cheese balls, great price. I ordered 50 pc lumpia for a Christmas party, tray was gone in seconds, I tried to order another tray the next day for another party but they were sold out for Christmas Eve-eve already.

Arrived early morning for the hot pandesal. Purchased four dozen hot rolls, the lady at the counter was asking me to purchase the pandesal on the bakery display shelf??? She seem rude toward me maybe because I wanted the fresh pandesal instead. Customer Service definitely needs improvement! Also the pandesal is not that great.

I've read most of the customer service reviews, and it seems great. However, when I called to place an order, the lady who answered the phone was extremely "RUDE". I wonder what happened, but the customer service at that time was way off.

Can't go wrong with the cheese rolls! Used to have them years ago and they're still the same! Love a good classic, tried the I've one too and it was also delicious! Nice brunch snack! Guy at the front was nice and quick!

We went here to try this corn bread and cheese custard muffin. I don't know what it's called but it was as unique and delicious as I'd hoped. We also thought these use sweet rolls were good, but they were definitely sweet. They tasted to me like Portuguese sweet rolls I grew up eating, but the Ube puree gives it a unique spin. My husband tried the pizza pocket, and the sweetness of their bread tasted strange to us in that context but if you love hot pockets this might be your gourmet version of that.

Beware of this place and make sure of the bread you're buying. We bought a mocha roll and after 1 day bread is already molded. Next time you're selling molded bread you will get reported to health department. This is UNSAT!!!
I've been ordering Shanghai lumpia's from this place for awhile . It's always fresh and a crowd pleaser. Very nice customer service and good price! Just recently I ordered 75 lumpia's for about $42 including tax.

If you want the best cheese balls and cheese rolls , this is the place to go ! They are always fresh . I usually call early as 7:00 am to put my order in since the run out of the cheese balls quick . On the weekends , I love their warm pandesal but they always run out by 9:00 am so you have to get there early if you want a bag of pandesal. The workers are always friendly.

Horrible Customer Service, or they must be doing great money wise.Tried calling in an order this morning, as I want to get my team some cheeseballs. Was planning to get several boxes, so figured I’d get the order in early… but the lady answered the phone was super short and cold, puts me on hold for several minutes, and just hangs up on me.I’d rather give my business to somewhere that cares, and can use the money during these hard times.
