The smoothie wasn't thick at all. I ordered a banana, peanut butter, and date smoothie. I was really looking forward to my smoothie and it was nothing that I thought it would be. It was the consistency of juice and didn't taste like any of the ingredients. I paid $7 for this.. I'm not happy..

the workers are great but they have to take out money from their tip jar to get more food. the owner doesn’t use gloves when handling food and the bowls themselves are very disgusting and bland (i got the dragon bowl). the salad uses microwaved meat and the chia pudding is rather tasteless. they have such strict regulations on the amount of honey they put on the açaí bowl. i feel bad for the workers here who are under such terrible management. i found all of this out from someone who worked there. (beware of the wraps too, the scrambled eggs are microwaved.)

The bowl was so delicious. So so good and simple. It was slightly underfilled and a little over priced so it wouldn't be my daily spot but it's worth trying for sure. Lots of seating

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Wish I could give “0” stars. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before close and they refused to help me. The door was open and the “open” sign was on. The clerk waited 5 minutes to tell us they would not serve us anything. I get it- stores close, but if that’ the case, close the door and turn the “open” sign off! will not be coming back. Spend your money elsewhere.

I've gone here a few times and have enjoyed what I got, but I recently had a really bad experience. I got one of their chicken bowls and bit into something resembling a rock, and it felt like I almost chipped my tooth. I thought that was probably just a one-off and took another bite, and again, there was something rock solid in it. Seems like some of the grains weren't cooked thoroughly or something, but needless to say, I wasn't able to finish that bowl. I might give this place another go in the future because I have had good experiences prior to this, but that one inedible bowl really soured me on going here again anytime soon. Also, please season or cook your radishes. Nobody wants a raw unseasoned radish in their salad.

Sadly one of the worst Acai bowls I've had. My friends from the gym agree. They need to change the brand or recipe for it because it taste like blended ice. Service is really slow, even as the only person in there and I didn't see anyone come in to pick up a to-go order. If quality changes, I'd try it again but I was not impressed.

We loved our bowls. We have been here twice now. The bowls are thick which I love and have good Acai flavor. I got mine without bananas (which at many places means it’s more liquid than I’d like) but here it was still delicious and perfectly textured. Service was friendly. They double checked if my no banana was an allergy or a preference. Our bowls were ready quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Açaí bowl spot near UTC Mall, in the CVS shopping center. They have a wide variety of Açaí bowls, & they also serve juices, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wraps, paninis, salads & more.I do like how they are very generous with their toppings here, but I do wish that they gave more of the base instead.

Yummmmm! Got the green salad with steak - fresh thinly sliced marinated meat with very pickled toppings and a delicious light dressing. Will be back for sure!
I like the bowls, think they taste way better than they sound like they'll taste. Dine in atmosphere seems a bit industrial and dark and small. Price is about right, not a bargain, not excessive

If it added flavor, I would’ve gotten it, but I did not need attitude with my order

Always my favorite acai place. Might be a little pricey but it’s really good

We got the 2 for $10 UCSD bowls and it was bang for your buck because you also get really sturdy Tupperware out of it. The portion was good. We got it as dessert after we already had lunch. I'm excited to come back again and try the other items on their menu!

Food here is great and their service is awesome. They are always very nice, especially Ivy. Highly recommended.
