We used a coupon on the Wendy's app and saved a bunch of bucks on a daves double hamburger. Didn't take long for it to be ready and it looked real good to my hungry tummy. Halfway thru enjoying every bite my Mom says hey you have three Patty's and I looked at hers and it was the same. Some how we got a extra patty. I bet that made it taste extra good but I am sure it would have been just as yummy without it. So I was super full and very happy when we left. Thank you!

Subject: Wendy's Mobile AppI wanted to use the Wendy's mobile app offer for $2 off any combo.... I went ahead and selected it so that when I placed my order through the drive-through all I would have to do is have the drive-through employee scan the barcode within the app and the $2 would be deducted..... When I got to the window the offer could not be located anywhere within the app even after the drive-through employee tried to scan QR Code .... There has been a few instances that this has happened and I don't know why even after closing the app completely and then reopening it the offer was still gone..Subject: Drive-Thru Wait TimeThere were about 5 cars in front of me however the line moved rather quickly.Subject: Drive-Thru Employee CSThe younger male employee was extremely friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and deserves recognition!!Subject: To Wendy's Leadership > SuggestionI wish the Wendy's employees at your 8310 Rio San Diego Dr, San Diego, CA. I always come to this location because they are not usually busy, and they always get my order right. I have never dined in, but the drive thru is always very fast, especially with a mobile order. They are always ready to go.

I regret going inside. Don't make the same mistake.Only one person handling dine-in orders, including order, pay, fries, and service. When I arrived there was only one party in front of me, yet it still took over 12 minutes to get my order.The dining room was a mess. Floors were filthy, tables un-wiped, and the self-service soda machine was out of Coke and Diet Coke. I went back to the counter to ask for salt and pepper; the one employee working the counter looked around frantically for a few seconds before I told her not to worry about it.I understand that everyone's short-staffed these days, but if you don't have the staff to keep the dining room open then please just close it rather than subject us to the disaster I went through today.

Simple order... they immediately prepared our food, and we left.Parking: Having separate entrance and exit, it is hard to see that there is an additional parking lot on the exit side... entrance parking lot full, exit side parking lot is empty.

I was really craving a baked potato and I did not want turn on the heat in my oven to make one thankfully I remembered Wendy's had one and lickety split I was there to get this baked potato sour cream and chives it was good it wasn't overly cooked it wasn't undercooked it was a real good baked potato and that my friends made my day sometimes you just want what you want.
