The girl working on Mothers day 5/14/23 at 5:30PM was so rude and should not be working with people. She seemed like she hated her job so she took it out on my daughter and I when we didn't make her work there. She was rushing my 6 year old when there was no one in line behind us, then she got us the wrong thing and then got irritated that she gave us the wrong thing saying that's what we asked for. You should do her a favor and fire her since she hates working there so that she doesn't rush and yell at anyone else's kid.

Quite good. I was craving something sweet so i stopped here. It is actually very filling, so i ate half and then wasn't hungry at all for dinner after. Service here was good, but the person working seemed like she did not want to be there.

I feel like the quality of the dog bites I get be usually burnt. They're not worth buying. The funny thing is, they'll still tell you it's fresh when, it's probably been under a lamp cooking for 20-30 mins.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. I usually want a cheese pretzel and if there’s none ready they’ll make you one and you can wait for like ten minutes which is not a problem but this location is always a disappointment. The guy said why don’t you get a regular pretzel and pay extra for cheese sauce which to me is not an option. The smell of that cheese sauce is repugnant atleast in my opinion so I got those little hot dogs which were the only food they had ready and I was really starving. They were not only stale but cold. I ended up throwing it out because it was just awful. This location has always let me down. Before this last visit I ordered a hot dog and I waited for it and when I returned they had mini hot dogs waiting for me. I order something from this location and I always get something else and this is the only location that does this. I try to reason with myself and say maybe I’m not clear enough or whatever but it’s just never been a good experience for me. They aren’t that busy so what else can be the problem? I’m just going to take my money elsewhere. Any other location will be good I think there’s another one in the same mall. This one is just really bad.

Cashier is so rude and also d*** saying she can apply the military discount after paying it first. Like how will give the discount after i pay it already it keep saying $8.07 $8.07 $8.07 many times want me to pay it first

I ordered from this location for the first time and my order was not delivered to my location. When I called manager said that they could not help me and that it was lyft's responsibility meanwhile lyft says it's not since I didn't pay them! So now I can't get a refund since no one is taking responsibility for the error! Oh! And the Manager told me that 2 lyft drivers came to pick up my order, after the first one took my order to "deliver" a second driver came to deliver it. So I guess rhe first driver had snack for the day and apparently it's on me!

Wetzel Pretzel is my favorite mall snack. I love getting the cheesy dog or cheesy dog bites. Service here is pretty friendly and quick. They are stocked with everything but it's very inconsistent. Some times you get something fresh and hot, other times it tastes like it's been sitting out for a while. Wish they could heat stuff up for customers.

The pretzels were not fresh and the employee that took my order didn’t speak English well. This led to her miscommunicating the costs to me.It was a frustrating experience because she wouldn’t let me order the pretzel bites by themselves. She was convinced I had to order the bites, a sauce and a drink. When I said I didn’t want a drink, she looked extremely confused. She kept pressing until I caved and added the drink that she seemed to want me to buy (probably because of lack of understanding my ask).Don’t go to this location. Maybe you’ll have a better time elsewhere.

Not bad at all! Needed a quick bite before catching a movie at the AMC next door. They had all their options nearly presented and fresh. Really enjoyed this pepperoni, cheese, jalapeno pretzel. Warm and chewy. Kept me full throughout the film.

I had a great experience this past weekend. It was so convenient all around. I parked on the back end of the mall where Nordstrom Rack is and then walked a very short distance to Wetzels. The ladies working were friendly and looked very busy making fresh dough! I ordered the pretzel bites that are wrapped around a little hot dog - they were SO good. It looks like a small amount because they're served in a cup but I almost couldn't finish them because they were so filling. My friend ordered the cinnamon bites with frosting and loved them. Everything was quick and fresh. It's a small space, but there is plenty of seating right outside and a public restroom across from them. There is no good reason for me not to give 5 stars. My expectations of them have to be equal to the products they provide...mall pretzels and drinks. Based on that, my experience was perfect and I will definitely be back!

I walked into this store yesterday around 4ish -5pm. I asked the cashier, this girl with brown or black hair, for a sinful cinnamon pretzel which is my favorite and the only thing I've gotten there. When I looked at the price, it was $7.40, and I was confused because I asked for the regular pretzel, which was $4.99. When the girl turned around, she handed me the bites: I told her, "that wasn't what I ordered, I ordered the regular sinful cinnamon pretzel," and she replied with, " that's not what you said" I again told her yes I said the regular pretzel. She priced to roll her eyes again and look at her coworker. I have never had to walk away from an establishment, but I had to. This girl that I didn't catch her name was rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back there!
