Very laid back neighborhood sushi place. Pricing is very reasonable. We had bentos for lunch (sesame chicken and grilled mackerel). The panko breaded sesame chicken bites were utterly free off grease, crunchy and delicious. The mackerel was perfectly grilled and tasted very fresh.The only note I'd offer the restaurant: while the miso soup was excellent, the bowls are looking a little worn. It might be time to replace them?

Have only been once but my friend who really likes Hawaiian Rools loved it. Has a sushi bar for the sushi ambiance as well as good food and service. Their miso soup is quite cheap and is always a great go-to appetizer. Personally, I ate the rainbow roll, and the garlic Edamame and everything was great.

I have eaten sushi in 7 states and 16 different cities, and this one of the best tasting sushi. Very generous with the fish. Unlike some places is mostly rice and cheap ingredients.If you ask mi kids where they want to go out to eat, without hesitation Wonderful Sushi!! We have had sushi in many fancy places, but this one is home for us. Yes there are places more nice and fancy, but the taste here is amazing.

Don't usually write negative reviews for small businesses but the level of disrespect I recently experienced here compels me to forewarn future diners. Not only did they forget one of the rolls we ordered AND up-sold us a substitution nirigi that ended up being $10 more AND told us our order would be ready in 20 mins and it took nearly *double* that...but the kicker was me coming back to tell them they forgot some nigiri we ordered that they STILL charged us for, and then them suggesting we were lying when we asked for our money back. The cashier (floppy hair, Nirvana sweatshirt) made every single excuse in the book why he couldn't do it ("oh, our owner is in church now!") and even took a phone call without putting them on hold while we spoke to him. Full disclosure: I'm from out of town, so no big whoop to them that I'll never come back. But the guy I was with lives within walking distance and he's very much a regular customer. Well, he WAS a regular customer. He won't go back the way we were treated. (He also told me the restaurant randomly erased his rewards points a month ago.)Lastly: Cashier dude doesn't really listen to Nirvana. You can just tell.

I recently visited Wonderful Sushi for dinner and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the time it took for our food to be prepared was excessively long, leaving us feeling frustrated and hungry.When we finally received our dishes, the quality of the food was simply poor. The yakishoba was dry and lacking in flavour, while the tj roll appeared stale and unappetising. The veg roll was no exception, being bland and tasteless.Overall, I was extremely let down by the food at Wonderful Sushi. With such a delayed preparation time and such poor quality dishes, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a satisfying Japanese meal.

I think it's sad that they only have 3.5 stars. I've been very happy with Wonderful Sushi! They have a lot of variety on their menu, which is super helpful for this pregnant mama with sushi cravings. I was able to get several delicious rolls with fully cooked fish, and they tasted great. The salmon tempura crunch roll and scallop dynamite roll were both perfect. My husband got raw fish rolls - the TJ roll and Philadelphia roll - and both were great. No fishy smell like some reviews mentioned. everything smelled and tasted very fresh. The food was ready for pickup quickly and the lady who helped me was friendly and polite. I wouldn't really eat inside the restaurant because it looks old/outdated, but I'll happily keep coming back for takeout.
