Came here about 6 months ago an and only a few flavors were available, and we were bummed out at the time. Came here last night and had to leave cause they had only one flavor available and it was liquid so we left. Why even stay open and pay employees. Either fix the machines or let Menchies take over.

This location introduced the first unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with Yogurtland. I’ve always thought highly of the brand and put it above others including Pinkberry, Menchies, etc. After moving to the neighborhood, this is the closest location for me. My favorite classic flavors are often missing. Yet I would come weekly hoping they will improve. It’s been a year and things have turned worse. Today 10 machines were broken. The 6 flavors they offered were icy and tasted a bit strange. Sadly I’m having to switch to Yogurt on the Rocks and Pinkberry. Their quality is consistent and offer much a better selection of flavors. I hope this location will revive. I still love Yogurtland, just not this location.

Locally go to “Yogurt on The Rocks” otherwise go to the Del Mar or Miramar YogurtLand.Machines are down(many machines not 1 or 2)Cleanliness not so goodToppings outManagement doesn’t care. If they say please reach out they are just trying to give the illusion of care. If they actually cared they would fix the issue which has been going on for months maybe longer

This place is terrible. I’ve been here many times since it is close. I’m starting to drive further to avoid it.Today they were closed an hour early. They only have about half the machines running on a typical day. Out of the machines that are running, half are liquid.If you’re able to choke down the few flavors in stock to create a bowl, you’re in luck. They typically have the toppings well stocked. Don’t count on having any syrup, hot fudge or chocolate hard shell though.Employees are generally cool. Don’t think I’ve ever seen the same person working more than one day though.

Really was craving froyo and went at 8 pm when they closer at 9 and it was already closed :( good place otherwise but they could at least give us a warning that it'd be closed early, this happens a lot unfortunately.

I hope every that reads this will do everything in their power to avoid getting yogurt at this location. For five years that I have been coming here, the machines have always been down. Today was an all time high . . . two flavors! I got the two flavors and then insisted that they not charge me! Thank God they did the right thing and didn't. But bottom line, I want to see this location shut down. The company hasn't done the right thing in 5 years so they are so stupid, they never will. please help me boycott this location so it is no longer!!!!

Used to be a great place.....i mean was really impressed with it. Loved going there. flavors were stacked...have been in the last 5 months numerous times.....usually only 3-4 flavors...rest empty. And of the 3-4 there are signs on them "not working, needs to get cold" or whatever it was....Not wiped down, condiments out....i went last week....no granola....how do you have NO granola at a yogurt shop...that doesnt mean the granola bin was empty...there was no bin with granola in it.....

When you're the only frozen yogurt in a mile and a half radius you'd think you made sure your machines were all working! We've been several times now where there are only a few flavors & unfortunately we are giving up and making the drive!

I love frozen yogurt. It's my comfort food so whenever I'm sad i'll come here. This location has great topping choices. They also have great flavors but I do wish they would switch them up once in a while or add in a new flavor. The service is always great and there's always parking in the back. The place itself is always pretty clean. The ambiance is nice and laid back.
