Food was EXCELLENT!!! We were a group of 3, we each ordered appetizers and entrees. IT WAS ALOT OF FOOD!!! Some items we ordered wished we could have had an explanation of how to eat it. Our server was friendly and the drinks were great as well! We were lucky enough to get there early and was able to get a karaoke room. There are only two, so you could be on a wait list. The room was $40 with a min of 1 hour, and I believe they start charging after every 10 minutes! Overall a fun time!!!

Perfect place for a date night!!!!! My husband & I hardly ever go out, but I saw an add from Instagram, I HAD TO make it out here. We sat at the sushi bar area & I am SO thankful we did. The downside of this is that the waiters & waitresses take so long to come over, ours only came up to us like 4 times in 2 hours lol. However, sushi chef KIWI was amazing!!!! He guided us on what to get, what's most popular & helped me out since I am not a fan of fish but love shrimp sushi so he worked around my liking & it was the ABSOLUTE BEST sushi I have ever had. He made sure we were taken care of & practically became our own personal chef & waiter lol. He was so nice to us & I really want to put him on a pedestal! The food, my goodness. I can't gather the words man, it was so fresh, not fishy & just a mouth full of authentic flavors. We ordered also the ramen soup. Hands down 100% best ramen we have EVER had. Again, so rich, so creamy & full of flavors I didn't even know existed !!!! Oh, I can't leave out the cheese corn, that corn threw me to the floor, I am half European & Mexican & that corn tops BOTH cultures in corn !!! Another great appetizer we tried was the jalapeño bombs & that was exquisite!!! Spice level is like 3/10 but again bursting in flavor & crunchy. This hidden gem needs to be recognized because man, hands down 5 stars. Drink wise we had the soju beer bomb, it was quite bitter for me I definitely wouldn't order that & I love beer lol but that one was too wheat-ish for me. My husband got this watermelon flavored good day bottle & it was amazing lol that drink we drank as shots, it was very delicious! If you decide to come here please please sit at the sushi bar, ask for kiwi & make him your best friend!!! Enjoy guys! We will definitely be coming back for more !

Food tastes good but I made a reservation and I guess they didn't write it down so they weren't prepared for my party of 11. Service was subpar, it was our first time there and we weren't given menus or offered drinks in the first 15min that we were seated. One person in my party ordered the kimchi fried rice and it came out 30-40 min after everyone else got their food after we asked about it more than once. Staff is nice but definitely needs some work on customer care & efficiency.

Disgusting food. Sent back my bulgogi without even touching it because of the smell and look of meat that was not fresh or good. Owner tried to force me to pay for food I didn't even touch and threatened to call the cops because he wouldn't take it off the bill and I wouldn't pay for food I did not eat. They forced me to pay for it Tempura was fried in old oil and the roll was pretty average. Terrible experience.

yummy food, love the hours (convenient for those late night sushi cravings) and a super cute little date spot/vibey place. I was seated right away but it gets busy so be patient but the food is served rather quickly!

My friends and I went for Valentine's Day. The vibes were amazing. Waiters were extremely attentive and on point with the refills. The food is delicious. It was my friend's first time trying the soju bomb, and we got her hooked. We also forgot to take more pictures as we were hungry, lol. She already planned for us to go back. They also have karaoke in the back, which I thought was kinda cool. We love karaoke and thought that it was such a fun idea to add to the restaurant. The 2 plates of sushi that we got are super delicious!! Honestly, we love the food and love that they have happy hour. The takoyaki was out when we went, so we were a little sad. But overall, fun experience, great atmosphere, good drinks, and delicious food.
I love coming here for their happy hour specials. Their prices are a little high but the portions fairly big.

Came here on a Wednesday and there was a good amount of people here enjoying themselves. Chose this place because they are open late on a weeknight. Upon walking in, the place had good vibes. But the food was just meh and it was pricey. We ordered the spicy seafood soup. The taste of it was ok. Not bad, but the seafood was shriveled up, barely any, and I'm sure it was frozen. This dish was super overpriced for nothing, kind of a let down. It is def not worth $30 or something like that. The jalapeño bombs were barely cooked, I'm not sure if it should still have a super crunch to it or not? The sushi was decent- just basic, but the masago was very fishy and def not fresh. The galbi was just galbi. Nothing spectacular. Maybe a place for happy hour for soju but I wouldn't pay these prices again for dried up seafood.

Yeoul was so incredible! so attentive and helpful throughout our entire visit at ZZAN. she made sure we had enough food, water, and beverages. every single time i come here, i am so blown away by the hospitality of the staff and how good the food is! i would recommend zzan to anyone who appreciates good food, whether it's for a couple or a big group. you will never be disappointed here, no matter what you get!
