I'm a little taken back this place looked good especially with all the good reviews. I got a vanilla latte with coconut milk. Came out to $9. Then when I was walking out, I took a sip and felt chunks of stuff on my lip. I went back in and nicely asked the barista is she can mix it better and she said it's the coconut and it's like that cause it's made in house and I said ok & walked out. So as I got back to work and kept drinking it, I got grossed out. It was too chunky for me to drink. I decided to dump it in another cup so I can drink it without the chunks and found all this stuff on the bottom. I was grossed out. I never seen coconut milk look like this. It was undrinkable. Not worth $9. I showed my coworkers and they were all shocked. Yeah, it's a no for me. Almost threw up!

First time here. Really friendly staff. We got the go to sandwhich and two vanilla lattes. One with their homemade almond cashew milk which was so so delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

Cute coffee shop. Stopped in to work for about an hour before going to Trader Joe's. This is probably the friendliest coffee shop I've been to. The staff said hello or good morning to each person that entered the shop. I could also tell that the staff knew the frequent customers as they discussed upcoming wedding plans and asked about kids. Great way to start a morning! The coffee was good but I'm no connoisseur. I just like a caffeine kick and this hit!

We had an eclipse last week. I wanted to celebrate it along with another celebration... my work anniversary with my team members. I went all out and bought 26 cinnamon twists on-line for pick-up at Klatch Coffee in San Dimas. I am not a coffee drinker so I'm not looking for the next best coffee shop. Kid you not, I did not know about Klatch Coffee until my dear friend mentioned it to me for their avocado toast recently which I still have yet to try... one fine day I will! You know I will LOL. Anyway, I found another tasty gem instead... their delectable and irresistable cinnamon twist! Heavy in weight, but light and flaky in texture and crunch with the right amount of sweetness in every bite... just delish! It's true!! Ordering online thru their website was easy. I received a text message when my order was ready for pick-up. Good follow-up Klatch Coffee San Dimas! Thank you! Did you know Klatch Coffee celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2023? Things we just don't know about until we know about them. You mean to tell me I've missed out on the cinnamon twists for 30 years. Well, I'll make sure it is in my life for the next 30+ years. LOL Upon entry at around 9:00 AMish on a Wednesday, they were already somewhat packed... must be morning coffee rush. The shop is quite bright and roomy with lounge chairs and tables. As I approached the counter, there were 4 big boxes on the counter... I assumed they were my cinnamon twists. Why 4 boxes you ask? Well, they are long and wide for a twist and that's how you want them because they are SO SO VERY YUMMY! You don't want them any shorter or thinner LOL. Each box had either 6 or 7 of them. They were smart to mark the boxes with the count. Good thinking! The lady behind the counter was nice, but not too smiley though. She was kind to give me some pastry bags upon my request. However, she said they usually don't give them out when they are already packaged in boxes unless it's for catering. But I just spent almost $100 on cinnamon twists (yes, they are $3.50 each + tax) LOL. Anyway, I am grateful she let me know and was okay to give them to me. Thank you miss! Celebrate with deliciousness is one of my life's motto! So go get yourself an amazing tasting cinnamon twist... don't just get one at least get two if not three... save one for the next day if you can resist LOL! Trust me on this one!! Enjoy times 2 or 3!!! I know I'll be back for sure!!!! Thank you Klatch for whipping up some amazing drinks and baking up some scrumptious baked goods! P.S. I came back here in the evening same day and got to try their Patio Special Shake. OMG... probably one of the best shakes I have ever drank. Wait no more. Just get it... large please! LOL Btw, it has a secret ingredient. I wasn't able to figure it out when I was at the shop, but on my way home, I figured it out. I'll get it confirmed, but since it's a secret, I will not disclose it here. Sorry! =)

I really like this coffee spot which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. My ONE complaint is when I go to pay and it feels like I'm being forced to leave a tip. It's such a small screen that we have to choose an option from and if I recall correctly there is not even an option to skip the tip. There have been many times I chose a large tip amount when that was not my intention. The small screen forces customers into an uncomfortable situation. The ONE time I brought it up to the cashier she looked at me like I was trash for even bringing it up! 99% of the workers there are awesome and I usually have no problem leaving tips, but I can't help but feel like this business is tricking their customers into tipping their employees.

I absolutely love the coffee at Klatch! It's exceptionally good, and I always buy my coffee beans there. Their WBC World's Best Espresso coffee beans are especially noteworthy. The competition espresso, which won the honor after competing against over 45 countries for the WBC title, is truly remarkable. Love their coffee my recommendation is 'Crazy Goat' hints of Toffee, chocolate tones. The only area that concerns me here is they have not answered phone to date when I call to check if they have my selection of coffee (saving my trip gas/time) They have a phone and I have called 2 pm mainly afternoons no answer??!! Why have a phone? Staff is always polite when i visit San Dimas location.
