Customer service is awful. This is the first time where I had an issue with a refill and no “sorry” was offered. Regardless of policies you should be able to relay information with being empathetic about any situation. The manager should be talked to about this. And on top of that when I agreed to pay, the coffee was awful I was over it and asked for my money back and she shortened me 10 cents. At that point t I just left. Unfortunately this is the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. (This is about the manager which has blonde hair and was not wearing a name tag so I couldn’t get her name) this occurred around 2pm

When I went, they had no cold brew, no espresso, and no regular coffee. Just tea and their fruit drinks. I've never had this happen at a Starbucks before.

Everything tastes burnt... how you make mocha cookie crumble taste burnt?! How you can't make a pour over upon request ‍

There was this white girl with colored hair and another girl working when my sister went to order her drink. She asked for a coffee with sweet cream added. They gave her a drink with sweet cream cold foam. When she OVER POLITELY asked for them to remake the drink correctly the white girl was completely condescending saying the foam and cream are the same. Babes we know. But the texture of foam and cream are different. When it's frothed the sweetness is much less due to the foam taking more volume of the cup. ANYWAY, there was no need for her attitude and bet I'll be back(: and she can try me. I'm not as sweet as my sister.

Very unwelcoming and unexpected experience, the name of the Starbucks employee was Paulina and she very much didn't fit in the category of being part of a team such as Starbucks as inspiring positive attitude. Totally understand if I was being an obnoxious customer but all I did was ask if they had Trenta as the size then she answered with saying "yes we do!" and proceeded to roll her eyes and at the very end when we got our drinks she just tossed them across the counter instead of just gently setting the drinks down. She definitely needs to change that attitude or otherwise corporate will be getting involved.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The Starbucks worker named Paulina was very rude and had a very bad attitude when telling her our order. I do not recommend. She would also roll her eyes when taking the order.

Very nice Starbucks inside the Target in San Dimas. We stopped here at San Dimas and my husband stooped to get a caramel Frappuccino. Employee Carrie was super friendly and the coffee was delicious

I was having a rough day trying to get around with my 3 kids and make it to appts on time and clean my van that my kid accidentally spilled her bag of goldfish crackers and then stepped on them. I stopped in to this Starbucks to get teacher appreciation gift cards for my kids' teachers. Jade helped me stop and take a breath and relax for a second. She gave me the greatest idea for making our gifts cute and she made me smile. She couldn't see it because I was wearing a mask, but I was happy. Thank you, Jade!! Thanks A Latte!!

This place is horrible. Specifically the starbucks section. I was trying to get coffee and I was denied being able to buy coffee here. I was told it was protocol to not allow customers to get coffee when shopping. What is upsetting is the customers right in front of me were allowed to buy coffee and allowed to go in and shop. The excuse I got when I brought this up was, they can't control everything people do. Then when I said I'd like to buy and go outside I was told now that they can't sell me coffee because they don't believe I'll walk outside. So this employees looked at me and said she didn't believe me even though I said I was going to walk outside. I was denied the ability buy coffee because this employee has a bias towards me. How does she know that I wasn't telling truth? She pre-judged me based on what? Me being Hispanic? How is she allowed to make that call? This Starbucks needs to train their employees better and give a much better customer experience because my experience was horrible. Will someone offer a solution or will this be left unresolved?
