Really good boba spot and right by a costco! The hojicha is very rich and has a deep flavor. A lot of hojicha places don't taste strong or are too milky for me. I actually taste the tea in this milk tea! The boba itself is okay, not as chewy or fresh as I usually like it but the hojicha itself made up for it in taste. The lavender milk tea (I got it with oat milk) was nice and floral. Not potpourri floral but definitely fragrant. I would probably want to try their lavender lemonade in the future. The service was fast and I got my drinks within 5 minutes. The inside is cute and chic. There are even some boardgames inside that you can play. I would come back for the hojicha alone (no boba).

Came for the brown sugar tiger and Thai smoothie they were super watery both and idk which I got cause I was handed a very different brown sugar than what's on yelp tasted like sugar water couldn't even have 2 sips ... also the baristas ignored me 2x on when I asked it blended so I'm pretty sure they put the watery drink in blender and served when a good one would have cream :/

Love the drink and also the accommodation for milk substitute. Excellent and friendly services by staff. The ambiance is nice with games and tables/chairs while waiting. Fast services also.

The store is located inside a plaza with many stores but it's a very big parking lot. Didn't have trouble finding parking.I tried the green milk tea with boba. I love that they use organic teas and I could taste the tea and not masked by sugar and cream. The boba was a nice chewy consistency. Good drink.Staff was friendly. They have indoor seating. And I noticed a shelf with a few games if you wanted to hang out there for a little bit seemed like a nice little spot.

The only good thing was the music playing. The boba was hard and not good like just so not good and didn't taste like honey? And my tea was half sweet, tell me why I almost felt like going into a diabetic coma drinking it :/Also how are you gonna stare at us while we walk in and not say anything or greet us?

This was my first time going to Teaport. I live milk tea and saw they had brown sugar milk tea so I stopped in. It is a very cute store with cozy seating. Bathrooms are available to the customers. Ordering was easy and the girl taking my order was very nice. I sat down in a cozy hanging egg chair and just as I got comfortable my tea was ready. The milk tea was average. It tasted a little watered down fir me. Hopefully this was not how they normally make it. I will try it again when I am in the area to see if it changes. For now I have to say I didn't enjoy it.

Not good. 3 stars for the nice employee and ambience. One star for tea I can't have sugar. So I got green tea with milk. I'm not sure why the tea color looked weird. It tasted like flowers and chemicals. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

A hidden gem in San Dimas. I recommend you try their mango lilikoi (passion fruit) green tea. A spacious place to study or catch up with friends. I like how they have board games and a small arcade machine. I'll be back to try other drinks soon.

Just went here with my gf. We looked at each other, after walking in, b/c it smelled like sewer inside. I ordered a Thai Tea (without Boba) and the cashier who took my order soon handed me one WITH Boba. And, I’ve had better tasting Thai Tea from a can I bought at 7-Eleven. Very disappointed. Won’t go back.

So delicious I would consider myself to be an expert in Asian teas from Quickly, Sugar Tiger to 7Leaves and all others. We got the Thai tea with boba and a milk tea with boba real simple traditional teas. They were refreshing and quick to make and deliver! We stayed and sat on their cool chairs. AC was blowing strong because it’s a 90+degree outside. Convient to Costco extra points ? I’ll be back . I live in Lake Arrowhead so I’ve been craving this!

WOW!! My boyfriend suggested this place on a whim and it's our new go-to. Not only is the interior soooo cute and fun but the DRINKS!!! Omg So refreshing and not at all too sugary like most places. The matcha is rich and not too bitter. The Thai tea didn't even need the cream it was so good, but very fun to watch it mix lol. There's plenty of seating, my favorite one is their hanging chair. Also the games are always a bonus; they have Jenga, Connect 4, Uno, etc. There's also even a little quarter arcade!! The best part is probably all the beautiful plants They're very well taken care of. The staff is kind and very quick with the drinks!! The ladies Karina and Sophia are very helpful and personable. Made us feel right at home! Please check this place out because I'll definitely be back soon

Visited from out of town, ordered 2 black milk teas. The drinks were really good and made from organic teas. The staff was very clean with handling the drinks. Found my new favorite boba place!
