There is a dead fly in my food. The fly looked cooked. It ruined my dinner. Flat out disgusting. Contacted the manager, she couldn’t care less. Offered a partial refund or a re order of the item. When I went in to the location manager didn’t interact at all. No apologies made nothing. Employees flat out don’t care. I see if you can spot the fly in the photo.

Terrible service. My family waiting for me to attend to us and serve them, talking and laughing among themselves. And when they serve people they serve in such a despotic way. They leave a lot to be desired.

As a business owner I’m disappointed by the customer service and the way this poor restaurant is being manage what an embarrassment for this franchise. Came in Friday at 9:45pm my daughters wanted a bowl. No black beans no pico no cheese and was offer if I wanted cheese to place a online order because the cheese they had was for online orders, yes I can place a online order and get cheese on my bowl but I can’t order a bowl there in person and get cheese because that’s online cheese. A true ? circus. Never will I come back and will spread the word to EVERYONE I KNOW. Hopefully the owner of this franchise location addresses this place I read a few reviews and didn’t believe it until I personally experienced it. We ended up walking out.

Maybe I just had a trash experience but I waited 15 minutes for carnitas and they also didn't have chicken during that time either. I got my order to go and all that was in the bag was my food. No fork, napkins, nothing.

Went to this chipotle at 10:15 and it closes at 11:00pm and they were out of chicken, steak, cheese, pico, and salad dressing. I asked the worker if they had any more chicken she scraped some out of the to-go order section and said yes.. we have enough for 1 person. Mind you, I came in with my fiancée looking to buy two bowls. This is UNACCEPTABLE. The restaurant should have enough food to serve up until closing. Will not be coming back here. As well as, the customer service was AWFUL. It seemed as if employees were just over it and ready to go home hence them rushing to clean grills and not refilling the food containers to serve. I felt so sorry for the guy who came into the restaurant looking to grab food knowing it was gonna come with disappointment.

HORRIBLE PLACE! This is not the first incident at this location. We placed an order for my son through the app. All together including the delivery fee it was $21 (I know! outrages for a simple chicken bowl but he was hungry & I was at work). All it had listed was chicken, rice, beans, cheese, and a side of tortillas. He receives his order and all he got was rice & beans in the bowl. I was very upset and I called customer service because I wasn't able to speak to a person through the local phone number. They tried to shut me up right away by adding a free entre and drink to the app. They then added that they could not re-send an order or reimburse me the delivery fee. Also, I could re-order using the free entre that was added, but I had to spend an additional $10 so that my order could be delivered again. So basically if people place an order and the store makes a mistake we lose our money by throwing it away in their mistakes. There was no solution, no effort, no nothing, and this was them "escalating" my call. I then asked to have my call be transferred to the store so that I could speak to the manager on-site and all of a sudden an actual person at the store answered. A female worker by the name "Nancy" answered and when I explained the purpose of my call she said, well why are you calling here? That's why there's a customer service number. The manager I spoke to after her did nothing or say much other than excuse her staff. This store lacks major customer service and management ethic. They're the ones that give fast food workers a bad rep and upset people that they demand to get paid $20 an hour.

First off chipotle is a fraud company. When you order on Uber eats even if you try to cancel 2 seconds later they won't let you and they will still charge you. "We already started on your order" funny how when you go in you have to wait 34 minutes because the workers are moving slow motion but online apparently they do magic and make your food instantly.

The place was messy in regards to the food line...food all over. I ordered a barbacoa burrito, and there was hardly any meat in the container, more of a soup. He continued to pull strands of leftover meat and place it in my burrito. Barely any meat..
