I was disappointed by the customer service in my last visit to U Crave. I picked up a Chinese chicken salad takeout order earlier in the week, but when I got home, I found a Greek salad in the bag instead. This was no big deal though, mistakes happen and what I believe is important is how an establishment handles it.I came back to U Crave tonight with my uneaten Greek salad to get my correct order. I met Esteban, the shift leader. He wasn't rude, but there was a clear lack of customer service know-how. He was hesitant about fixing their error which was a bit frustrating. It took a bit of talking before he agreed to give me the right salad. I asked for a black coffee on the house, which is the most affordable item on their menu, for the hassle, but he turned me down, and implied he was already doing me a big favor just by sorting out their error. I was disappointed in how he handled the situation and I told him I would leave this Yelp review, because I don't want to blindside him by posting this behind his back. All it would have taken is a simple cup of coffee or an apology for me to not post this review, but he was unwilling.Later they started locking up and a server informed us they were closing soon. They had just locked the back entrance, which we were sitting directly next to, so I asked if her if they could unlock the exit but she told me I had to exit the front and immediately walked away before I could explain how my car is right next to the exit and I would have to walk around the block and down the alley to get back to my car in the parking lot.I hope the owner, Abraham, will take this to heart and give their team some proper training in basic customer service.

Cute place. So many options and variety! The Jamaica and carrot cake were a little sweet, but good. Our food was yummy! The staff is attentive. They have lemon water available to grab and refill your self. A nice area and plenty of space.

I went here thinking that it was part of the chain of restaurants called Crave that has some locations open 24/7. It had an enormous menu, and the food was over the top good! Portion sizes were also big, and with the exceptional waiting staff making my breakfast experience grand, I will be back to this place soon.

My 10 yr old daughter gets the Belgian Waffle, strawberries and whipped cream.I ordered Carne asada Fries. And my sister ordered the chorizo burrito, it's packed and what a burrito size should look like hahaha!worth the price.It was my first time. I'd order Mediterranean food next time, lots of options!! Also I couldn't decide what to order because of so much to choose from! Fun, clean, chill atmosphere and environment.My kid and her dad come here a lot. So I took her to her favorite place to eat.

The food is good, its a cafe. I enjoy reading a book while i get a cup of tea or hang with friends. I am giving it a 3 though because the music is always terrible here. Whatever music app is being used has ads and the customer base is diverse yet majority of the music is latino music. Another issue is, for example is on a Wednesday night they'll close an hr earlier. It's happened more than 3 times when they'll walk over and let us know they'll be closing at 11:15 or 11:30 when online and on yelp it says 11:45. Just because there isn't a lot of customers, it'll be one or three tables left. It's inconsistent. They also Dont have hours posted on their window.

Typical Americanized Mexican cafe. I ordered chilaquiles , the tortillas chips weren't even sautéed with the salsa, the rice is riceoronni and black beans from the can. I asked for a cup of water and the staff told me there's a water pitcher to serves myself. it wasn't even presentable. Customer service was very poor. Basically you have to order up on the front and look for your own table...
