Service is garbage. No recognition to be seated. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress or anybody to come by and get acknowledged, any nothing. Wasn't even busy. They looked like they weren't interested in the business anyway. Just walked out and left. Won't ever go back there. If there was a minus stars I'd give them that.

This place is SO good! We loved our first experience here and we'll definitely return. All of the crucial elements were met: service, cleanliness, food quality and variety, and prices. When we visited on a Thursday evening, there was no wait and we were in time to take advantage of their happy hour. Everything we ate was excellent, but I want to flag the Oishi (sp?) BBQ chicken, which was especially delicious! YES to Hanzō!

I love everything about this place all the staff help each other out. They have such a good system and such great teamwork! The sushi is amazing it's always fresh the roles are outstanding, great rice to fish ratio. I drive from North Hollywood to come here anyone who lives in the neighborhood should be so lucky! It's hard to find great sushi. Pricing is pretty good as well! Especially for the quality.

Well, usually I don't like to post bad reviews but this is my 3rd bad experience at this restaurant. Went for lunch we ordered a bento box and some Rolls, well the rolls never show up, my kids finished eating and 25 min later never got my food, got it to go. By the way it was not busy. Sad because is a local restaurant. Now I understand why some neighbors prefer to drive to another cities to have a good service.

I love this spot for the best sushi around. This is the first time I have had vendors approach me selling bracelets/key chains, and another selling bouquets of rose in restaurant while I was eating. Personally, it's not my cup of tea to be approached by a vendor while I'm eating.

Food is really good, my biggest complaint would be that they have a gnat problem that they can't seem to figure how to get rid of, makes you wonder if the kitchen is clean. My favorite is the sashimi salad and it seems like the chefs are not consistent in the quantity of the fish.

I really wanted this to be good, if you like good sushi this isn't the place. For the size of dishes they're a little pricey, I don't mind paying extra if it's worth it. I won't be going back and can't recommend this place. There needs to be more diverse restaurants but this doesn't do it.

I would say the food is average here, but it is nice to have variety and a healthy option in the neighborhood. My go-to is usually the baked lobster roll, which is pretty filling.

I really wish this experience was better. The quality of the food was okay-- not quite as good as other places in the area, but not terrible either. The biggest issue was the DJ playing music at a deafening volume. We moved outside because it was so bad inside and even outside, had to shout our conversation. The service wasn't very good; appetizers arrived after the main dish and we had to ask four times for eating utensils and plates after our food arrived, but I wonder if that is because they just couldn't actually hear each other. We were planning on ordering cocktails and more food, but we left for another restaurant because it was so needlessly loud.
