The apples are great but a couple of times I experienced rude customer service for no apparent reason. They acted like I walked into their living room and asked for apples. That was the attitude. Two of the workers are like this and the others are cool. The manager should check things out.

I placed a large order of mini candy apples for my daughters college drive by graduation. The staff was amazing. They exceeded my expectations in accommodating my request. Amazing delicious candied apples, so many varieties you would not believe it. They will cut it up for you to make for easier eating, really great choice if you need to be gluten-free but still want a treat.

We walked in and all of the employees were in the back. We said hello three times and even asked if they were open, and there was no response. They were actively ignoring us. Do not visit this place, they will just ignore you.

This place never seems to have employees ready to serve customer. When someone finally does come to serve you, the materials are not ready to make the order. This is not an isolated incident. It has happened the last 6 times I've visited. The floor is always sticky, my shoes get stuck every time I come in.

I have been coming here for the past year and it's getting disappointing. After the last couple of times we never seem to find any of the chamoy apples. Today was also disappointing over all that I asked the young lady to cut my apples twice and she didn't. But she did cut the customer ahead of me Apple ! So not sure why she didn't for me when I asked twice. I couldn't hear and mentioned it. I asked a second time and she said something also but it was difficult to understand since am hard of hearing and because of the music. I had my son with me who helps me out and he didn't even understand or hear her. I just feel like you should be a little more considerate with lowering the music for those of who have hearing disabilities . It's twice as hard for us with the masks also.

It’s been over two months and I haven’t been able to buy a mango chamoy ? Apple or a tamarindo chamoy Apple. Every time I go, they don’t have any. I have gone in the morning, afternoon and before closing. I have called and have been told they sold out . Those are one of the most popular apples and yet they never seem to have enough to sell. I understand they sell fast but to go at different times of the day on different days for over two months and not finding any is really upsetting.

BEST spot to satisfy any sweets, salty or spicy cravings ? My fav corn, nachos, all apples, cucumber water, strawberry water, ice cream, I guess everything in there.

There was a line at opening, but I went back after ordering at Magaly's and everyone was gone. I wanted to buy a gift card, but no one there at the time knew how to sell me one . In the meantime, I got 2 scoops of tamarindo ice, which was perfect.

I call before come in & they never pick up the phone, once I come in they are not busy at all but in the back talking. Very bad customer service!!!! But thanks to this I found a great spot in reseda called Famous Apples.
