I hate this McDonald's! Only reason I go to it is because it's the nearest McDonald's to my home. WHATS THE POINT OF A DRIVE THRU IF THEY'RE GOING TO MAKE YOU PARK ON THE SIDE AND WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD! ITS NOT LIKE THEY MAKE YOU PARK BECAUSE YOU HAVE A HUGE ORDER THEY MAKE YOU PARK BECAUSE THEY CHEAT THEIR SYSTEM BY MAKING IT LOOK LIKE THEY'RE FAST AND PUSHING OUT A LOT OF ORDERS QUICKLY BECAUSE THEY COMPETE AGAINST OTHER MCDONALD'S. THEY PARKED ME FOR A COFFEE!!!! NOT ONCE OR TWICE BUT MANY TIMES. FOOD IS GREAT BUT THEIR DRIVE THRU IS HORRIBLE.

Those of you writing a 5 star review to this Mc Donalds quit your lying this place will never even take the time to improve, they always like it never fails they always get the order wrong or even don’t put the right food in the bag sometimes even the food is undercooked I don't know why I even give them the benefit of doubt just saying is they should improve their work or just plainly shut down cause its only a matter of time till someone eats the food and get severely sick

Worse ever!!! Ordered drive through not only was I given the wrong order, but my order was given to someone else! So because they were rushed with my new order and gave either the wrong items or was missing items. And lots of egg shell in my McMuffins. Employee not friendly.

It never ceases to surprise me that every time I come to this location no matter what order big or small they park you I ordered two Mc doubles and I got part for 10 minutes. If it wasn’t by my daughter school I would never come here and you shouldn’t either, unless you don’t mind constantly getting

Got mcdonalds after my volley game at sylmar, the service was slow they told us to pull to parking 1 and waited long for our food. My big Mac had its cheese on the side not even inside the burger and was slanted.

Worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. Kids play place was so disgusting. Not one clean table, paper and napkins thrown all over. Trashcan over piled. It was raining outside and there were leaks In playplace. Once we got our food they told us they had no ketchup, barbecue or ranch. Hamburger wrapper was covered with mustard yet no mustard on actual burger. Outside bun was full of ketchup. Wanted to take pictures of play place but to keep the confidentiality of the kids/customers I just took pictures of my burger. Never again!!!

this is the closest Mc Donald’s to where i live but i think i’ll start driving to a different one. Every single time i come they have messed up every order i’ve had so far and this is on top of having to wait and extra 15 mins in the drive thru. i keep being hopeful but every time is the same situation and the extra time one has to wait for the food.
I went to drive thru & I asked for ketchup but the lady said they don’t have it. I asked for mayonnaise but this lady ignore me. This is the only Mc Donald place I’ve been thru that they don’t have any ketchup at.
