This place never has a restroom, legally they need A restroom for their customers, as they do dine in, I have to drive one hour for a restroom as I get home, they send me to Rite Aid and that was also closed “out of order”.Kid-friendliness: My son was the one that needed the restroom so not kid friendly, very disappointed!

Back when the chicken sandwich was introduced I would comment in the long line of cars going through the drive up, then I tasted the chicken sandwich- yum. This is a typical fast food environment, the food is tasty. The chicken sandwiches are tasty. They will feature waffle chicken tenders and I look forward to them. The turkey bacon gravy used on their green beans is good also. If I could stand by the oven, I could easily scarf on the biscuits.
Wasn't crowded so we ate in. Tables were clean and food was good.

I came here around 4 pm on 11/21/2023 because of the Reviews!.. I ask for the 20 Pcs from the Menu and one of the Girls says..we don't have that at the moment,we have only the 16 pcs Right now!,of course!..is olmos the same price of the 20 pcs..so I left the Place !..Whoever is in charge of the place I'm telling you!..is not doing a good Customer service ?...not even trying to give me a Good deal om the Price...I drove 10 minutes from my house to this place only because of the Reviews!...I was completely surprised the way they attendedThere is another Popeyes 2 minutes from my house and I didn't go there because they have some negative reviews and look where I ended!...
Waited an hour and 3 minutes for two chicken sandwiches.People who came in well after we did got their food first.Almost didn't even get the second sandwich.It was busy ish when we came in so I understood in the beginning.But after 45 minutes passed, it just started getting ridiculous.I feel bad for leaving this review, but this popeyes needs help.

Honestly, and I'm not trying to seem picky or rude however it seems whenever I go to ANY Popeyes everything is good BUT the chicken itself.Wincy size fingers that have more taste in the breading than the chicken itself.Every single Popeyes I go to is clean with friendly staff.If I go again I'm just going to get sides with biscuit and a drink.They used to offer decent fried fish but alas, those days are gone I guess.

Yiu can get your food much faster by skipping the drive-thru. Our cashier was new and nervous but knocked out our order correctly.Parking: Sometimes, the drive-thru line blocks the parking spaces in front of the entrance, best to park in the lot versus the allocated spots.
This San Fernando location has no organizational skills whatsoever. Cars just started backing up out of the drive-thru as they had waited long enough without being able to put an order in. Once I finally got to the microphone, I had to wait an additional 10mins just for someone to acknowledge me so that I could put my order in. No complaints about the food, but additional training is needed to help handle the workflow.

I came in to Popeyes today only to find out they are false advertising. I came to purchase a 12 piece wings. They had on sale for $9.99 but instead they tried charging me $14.50 even though it was posted on their menu twice I kept the receipt and took pictures of the menu as proof of false advertising. I spoke to the manager he did not do anything he just shrugged it away and walked away barely acknowledging me I wasn't rude or loud. I didn't even make a big deal it's just horrible customer service. Please do something about this.
