Got two cheesy burritos potato and the cheesy fiesta potatoes the potatoes on all of them were dry and burnt and lagg it with my order check your stuff my last time coming here.

This is for service. The woman at the window claimed the credit card machine was broken. But not until I had ordered. Most places tell you before you order. I got the feeling she was either too poorly trained or too lazy to take a card.But she took my card and held it out of my sight until I demanded it back. I will be tracking for false charges

Literally have….. no words, waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla and was told I can complain to corporate. Maybe if you actually served the people inside rather than rushing 4 drive thru cars out before even sending any food to the lobby, then maybe I’d understand but literally if you wanna get your food quick better drive thru or you gonna be waitin.

Got here literally 10 mins before closing and they played stupid. Didn't answer and they were hiding . McDonald's would never !!!! Just get McDonald's right next door save yourself the hassle .
The manager has a bad attitude towards customers. Not friendly at all. The other employees are ok but the manager she a horrible attitude with No customer service.The food was ok it was warm but not hot like freshly made. The ambiance in the morning is very chill one or two people eating. And to get the workers attention you have to wait long time mean while your food gets cold with AC full blast smh.

I wanted to pay cash for my order but instead of the employees turning around and taking my order she decided to keep flirting with the customer. I stood there for a good 15 min and she looked at us and continued her flirting. Unbelievable that I couldn’t even pay cash and had to use the machine that was so slow I waisted half my lunch trying to order.

This place is just weird. We walk in the place they don't greet you or anything because you're supposed to order on the kiosk which you don't even realize because there's no sign or anything. No one actually works the front. Worst Taco Bell ever. The guy came out from the back, all grumpy. Do you need help? Yes, I want to order. He points to the kiosk. Horrible customer service. And it is a bad area of town. But still.
i myself love Taco Bell and cant seem to get enough of it i go there up to two or three times per week sometimes just for a quick munchie run
