I used to enjoy going to Tommy's but everytime I went, I had to deal with the old man that takes your order/ money. He has been there for years and I think that's the reason why he hasn't been fired. Rude, unprofessional and perverted. After a comment he made towards my girlfriend, I haven't gone back. I hope the owners read these comments and get rid of him!!

OMG,How do they stay open. They are VERY RUDE!! THEY TAKE THERE SWEET TIME MAKING YOUR FOOD.!! STAND AROUND TALKING DISREGARDING THE CUSTOMER.ITS: WHAT DO YOU LIKE ? DRINK? OK THAT'S IT IS. This place is good but the need to be more accurate with their own menu . My wife ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich and they got it wrong twice.. 1st they made a spicy chicken sandwich and the 2nd time they gave her a grilled chicken sandwich. Why call it a chicken sandwich and try to give u a spicy or grilled chicken sandwich..

Burgers are good but I was laughed at because I couldn't speak Spanish. I wasn't aware that America was a Spanish speaking country lol

Everything was as good as always, except for the prices & having Pepsi products instead of Coca Cola products. Alot of ppl always complain Abt the service, especially from the older man who takes the payments at the drive thru window. Someone else takes the orders as the cars drive up or as the customers walk in or as the orders come in by phone. I've never had a problem w/the crew that makes the place run daily. Food has always been great for a mom & pop joint like this one. Nothing has changed except the prices & the switch from Coke products to Pepsi products. Not even the dining room has changed. It's old & outdated but it's kept in good condition & it's clean... This is a no-frills burger joint in the heart of Downtown San Fernando, that's cash only, but I Think they have an ATM onsite. Don't expect much other than great food in a timely manner. Be nice, don't be rude, & u will more than likely get the same type of service back from them..

The short Latino man with glasses is always rude.I ordered two chili cheese fries with onions and both had no onions when I received the order.Small portions with big prices.Also they charge you $1.00 per refill but have no sign that mentions it before you order.Food was cold and they charge you for bbq and ranch.Awfull place do not eat here.Slow service.Food was cood.Good luck ordering through the drive thru.Parking is horrendous!!

The food used to be very good. Now, not so much. The patties are super thin. The fries not crispy. The food sometimes cold by the time you get home. The drive through older man is not very friendly. Burgers combos are pricey. The place is clean.

This place is a shell of what it used to be. Portioning here is inconsistent from order to order. The guy who takes your order, inputs something other than what you order, at pick up you're met with an angry worker raising his voice when you ask for the correct meal. It's not as good as before.
