Food is always good - I mean, it’s WaBa Grill. Cashier girl (reciept says Melissa) with red hair not very attentive at all though. Took a while to get to me twice (I added something after to my order) not the best attitude and the second time had her back to the register texting for a minute until the cook had to come around for her to realize I was even there. It is what it is I guess.
Came in to grab a healthy dinner :) The customer service I received was wonderful. Thank you Emylio and your team. You're doing an amazing job.

Like always the food is great. It's the customer service that was a big let down. Red head women was scraping off the cheese on her McDonald's burger while I was ordering. Never did I see her wash her hands. Go eat in the back? Be sneaky. I believe that with some training this will be my go to spot. For now I'm literally going the extra mile to the location on Balboa and Saticoy. It seems clean, it's just that wet rag smell that throws you off. I'll be back one day, I hope things change.

As others have said, worst customer service. In my case, I place an online order and when I got there they couldn't find my order. But after going back and forth about me being in the correct location, they "magically" found it. I asked to just refund the order, but the employee said she will start it right away. It took another 10min to get my order and when it was finally ready, the employee literally said "here you go" and throw my order at the counter. I then ask for hot sauce and she said there is some in there with an attitude. If the manager is even interested in correcting this behavior, please check your camaras on 11/3/2023 at 6:30 pm. It show exactly what I am describing.

The food at this place is great, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.I went to get a diner for my wife and I and the girl at the front is kind of rude.She has no manners to be at the front or perhaps she does like her job.

Girl named Melissa F afternoon Sunday shift needs to get fired if she doesn't want to be there she is very rude gave ugly faces to customers she looks like she needs to shower and wash/Do her hair before showing up to work that's the people Waba Hires
One bowl of salmon comes with 3 oz and a whole 2 cups of rice in it. It is a waste of money. Super expensive. Floor was really sticky and dirty as well.

Today when I walked in this beautiful place called waba grill, I got so much enjoyment. There was a very nice young lady named melissa and she was very helpful and joyful. I loved eating here i will be coming back here with my family. The food was amazing and fresh. When eating the rice,it was nice and hot very much enjoyed. The chicken was hot and cooked to perfection. The vibe was amazing and clean. Also the restaurant was just amazing.

Just came in at 8:30pm or so. Melissa at the register denies us veggies with our bowls and Family meal because its too late?? Don't real care what time you close and what time you want to leave. If your business is open up until a certain time. Provide the service you advertise. I ask her "so if I want a family meal you're not going to give me veggies?". She says "no". Then I ask her "what I could substitute it for". She says "Family meal doesn't come with veggies". Lol! Then i ask her "what does it come with?". She answers with "chicken Veggies and rice". WTF!! I ended up buy just chicken bowls with no veggie's because she denied to provide them. So I ended up having to spend more money because she ultimately denied the veggies. Hire better people or train your staff better.

took about 20-30 minutes of just waiting for my meal ( one half and half bowl ) bear in mind the place was nearly empty. aside from that upon getting home & around half my meal in, there's this super long hair that i'm pulling on from the bowl. that tells me that it was intentionally put there. disappointed will never be coming back here again!

Horrible service we came in as a last minute thing for "mothers day" because we all were starving and the cashier Melissa made it evident she didn't want to pay attention to us using her air pods while on shift. After an hour we started receiving our food plate by plate with breaks in between and when we brought it to their attention that we were missing half of our order they treated us like we are trying to steal from them. Short story, very long, the manager "JP" was called and he said ZERO. No need to ruin your day with Melissa crying because we "screamed" at her, so don't bother to visit. SUNDAY MAY 14, 2023 Mother's Day hell.
