They forgot my fries. When i called to let them know, Bryan quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. Bryan was really friendly and helpful, had my fries ready for pick up. Also, issued an apology missing an item in my order. Appreciate it ☺️Will be returning 10/10 customer serviceeee!

Terrible experience here. Ordered over the phone in advance, paid on arrival, and still had to wait. Got home after the wings were finally prepared and ready to go only to discover that there were wings missing when I sat to eat them. These employees need to work on their customer service. I’ve heard from others that they have had issues with this location but I thought I’d still give them a chance. Those have now run out and will be taking business elsewhere.

Less than 1 star here. Cashier drove me out bc the wait was one hour for what I wanted. With that I knew the quality of the wings were compromised. It also looked really dirty in there. No sense of drive to keep customers. Do not come here for wingstop.

Wings were good. Walked in, ordered 10 individual wings, all flats, half lemon pepper and half buffalo. A side order of veggie sticks and ranch. I waited for my order (to go) and once it was called I grabbed the bag and left (this is where everything went wrong) ... maybe it was my fault for checking the bag before leaving the restaurant but when I arrived at my house and opened the bag, there was NO ranch and NO veggies. I looked at the receipt, and noticed that the young lady behind the counter never charged me for the veggie sticks! The ranch was on the receipt but NOT inside the bag. Now I don't know about everyone else but wings without ranch do not taste the same! ... this will not prevent me from eating here again. I'll just have to check my bag before I leave and not take any chances.

Wingstop rarely disappoints. Great wings, always a good size compared to other places. The ranch is also great. Could be a tad thicker though. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good as well. Only the fries could use a little work. Get them well done for a better experience.

I personally don't really like wing's although Wingstop opposes that because i enjoy the boneless wings from here. The flavors are delicious. My favorite are the BBQ and the Lemon pepper ones. The fries are really good too and so are the veggies. Though it does take a while to be ready it might be worth the wait.

Front desk person rude. Waited over an hour and he tells me the app is not us so you have to wait we haven't started on the order, so you have to wait. I say why don't you call your customers to let them know or answer the phone when we call. He said we don't do that, that's not our job.

I'm only at Wingstop because my daughter likes it. I don't think it's fair and not just this Wing Stop how a walk in takes 30 minutes to order food. I don't understand why walks and on app orders can't be alternated.
