The owner is a sad, sad little man. Read my review and think about if you want to give your money to a person like this.I went over to pick up my order today and told him the name for the order. There was only one order and the guy walked over to pick it up but held onto the order instead of handing it to me.I was confused so I figured he wanted me to confirm my name. I told him my name but the guy continued to hold on to my food. The guy then ordered me to walk over to him so that he could hand me the food.I asked him why he couldn't just give me the food over the counter where I was and he shrugged said "didn't feel like reaching over". Mind you, this was less than two steps away from where he was standing. This struck me as extremely rude and passive aggressive but I had to get my food so I walked over. As I reached over to get it, he pulled the food away and he barked at me to "confirm the order".He thought I worked for Uber Eats and was rude to me because of that. I told him the order was for me and he gave me my food, apologizing profusely.Just imagine how abusive this complete POS is towards delivery drivers who are just there doing their job. They can't do anything and have to tolerate it.The guy thinks he's better than delivery drivers, and punches down on them. Not to mention, the food here is severely overpriced (probably because of low sales). There are better Italian stores around, spend your money there instead.

My boyfriend and I were new to the state and as we were looking for something to eat we really stumbled upon Parma Pizzaiolo and the amazing smell coming from inside of the restaurant, outside - that was all we needed. We both ordered pasta dishes and we absolutely loved what we ordered. After we finished eating we got into a conversation with Peter who was our server and he was thee sweetest man. He offered us a dessert on the house, and was just so kind to talk to and such a welcoming person overall. Such a good restaurant with a cute date-night vibe and very kind staff. Definitely recommend!

The roasted brussel sprouts were disgusting. $13 for small portion of roasted brussel sprouts, and the brussel sprouts were old and expired. Ate only one and threw the rest away.

So what's the deal here? Huh, Parma Pizzaiolo? Are you the same place as Pizza Inferno? What gives, pal? If I didn't order a Roasted Beet Salad to go with the Pizza due to really wanting Beets and you guys having it along with the Pizza I would be annoyed you guys tricked me into ordering from you twice under two different names. You guys are Pizza Establishment 100 I have tried in San Francisco since May 2022 alone. Due to the Beet Salad being great and what I needed, I won’t trash this place and rant about how I wish I knew and I never would have tried either this or Pizza Inferno for this deception and frankly both being Pizza places in SF you can skip.Don’t Con Me, Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno! I recommend no one eat at either besides the Beet Salad.6.5 One Bite Pizza style score.Close your doors down to both establishments until you find it within yourselves to be honest. There is so much better Pizza in San Francisco and I only tried either place because I try them all. Outside of that, both Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno should be disowned, ostracized and ignored aside from their Beet Salad. The Pizza Elitist says the options you have to answer if you should acknowledge either place isNo or No.

This place is it! Had my nephew visiting with me and we have now ordered 3 times since visiting about 2 weeks ago! The build your own pizza option is great since I am a classic margarita or pepperoni person whereas my 17 year old nephew is more adventurous.Flavor and texture is delicious, very affordable and was delivered hot and in perfect timing. Thanks so much for making dinner and easy choice!

Peter is super nice! He realized he hadn't switched pepperoni for salami on one of our orders, and called and texted to try to get it fixed. He offered a free pizza for next time, and when we went, he instead gave us two for free.

Pizza is always on point. The best pizza on the westside. The pizza here is always nice and hot. A must try pizza.

Perfect place to eat Italian pasta and pizza

Way way way too overpriced. The pizza is comparable to a frozen pizza but at like triple the price. Ordered an 11 dollar "large caesar salad" and recieved about 5 pieces of uncut romaine lettuce with some parmesan and crutons. I would have enjoyed my food if it cost 18 dollars instead of 38. Recommend finding somewhere better.

Horrible pizza for the price and a store bought pizza tastes better than this bad stuff.

The pizza is very tasty and my kids love the pasta, but the beer variety is just excellent.

Wonderful pizza and salads.

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life... and that's saying something because I'm Italian, and from N.Y..And , they had the nerve to charge 19.48 for a medium cheese pizza. It weighed about 12 oz. No lie..Save yourself some dough and trouble and go to Mythic pizza.... Far better.

Deep dish pizza is on point. The thin crust is good too! I thought I would be able to eat more than one slice of deep dish but it ended up just being 1.5 and 1 of the thin crust. The Academy Bar and Kitchen deep dish pizza had so much flavor and fresh ingredients. Loved it. It is very loud in there so if you want to have conversation you'll either have to yell or sit right next to the person you want to talk to. Fortunately, I was with my roommates and we were already together the whole day so all we wanted to do was eat not talk.
