This place is absolutely spectacular! The food and service are top notch! We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. I loved every last dish we had. My favorite was the caviar and smoked eel. Normally, I hate the taste of eel, but the way they prepared it was phenomenal! They also accommodated my partner’s dietary restriction (he does not eat seafood in any form). Wow. Tasting menu did not miss once, incredible creativity and execution on display. Took us about 3 hours to work through this experience, and they took the time to make sure our engagement dinner was special.
