Came here a few weeks ago with a group of 7, our server was Patrick. He was very attentive, professional and explained the whole menu. The food is exquisite! That fried rice was the BEST I have ever had!! The prices are standard, not too pricey in my opinion. Will definitely be back!

Excellent from the moment we walked into the door. Greeted and seated immediately. We were celebrating our anniversary and our waiter congratulated us while pouring us a complimentary glass of cider (we don't drink alcohol) and offered us the menu and went over options. Food was so delicious. Like every single bite down to dessert!

Amazing experience. The food and the service were great. The entire team made us welcome and they made my wife's birthday special. I wish the Wagyu beef would be bigger given the price.

Steak, eel and fried rice were very tasty and recommended. The dining environment is also very good, healthy eating is the best choice for life.

Perfect place for an anniversary celebration! The food was great, wish it was a tad bit hotter. I've been here before but this visit had a bit of bumps in the road, regarding the service. Maybe they were busy or understaffed but service could have been better.

The food isn't bad. However, I experienced obvious racism. Menus that were not ordered at the time of checkout were included in the bilge, and when the group raised an issue about this, the clerk, who had not even called them, returned the bilge without some of the incorrectly added menu items, as if he knew the menu was wrong. Even in the bilge I received again, the wrong menu was still there, and when I took issue with this, the clerk in question finally gave me the correct bilge. When I complained about this, they apologized and said it was a mistake, but this clearly seemed intentional. I feel really bad after paying a considerable price and receiving such ridiculous customer service. I had the worst experience in San Francisco at this restaurant. The food is not bad, but I experienced blatant racism. At checkout, the bill included items that I did not order, and when I pointed this out to my group, the waiter, who I did not even call out, gave me a new bill with the wrong items removed, as if he knew the menu was wrong. The new bill still had the wrong items on it, and when I pointed this out to him, he gave me the correct bill. When I complained, he apologized, saying it was a mistake, which was clearly intentional. It's really upsetting to pay such a high price and receive such ridiculous customer service. I had my worst experience in San Francisco at this restaurant.

We were a group of four people and the total including tips was $1080. The service was very slow, we had to ask for menu multiple times. It’s quite loud and the ambiance is not classy at all for such an expensive restaurant . The space between table and seat was uncomfortably narrow. We ordered two kinds of wagyu beef, the quality didn’t meet the expectations of the hefty price tag. The scallion pancake and sea urchin appetizers were good but tiny. The fillet steak we got was good but you could get similar quality for 80% less money. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We got two kinds wagyu beef, the quality didn't live up to the price tag. Overall , the fillet steak was good but was not any better than the steak house that's 80% cheaper.

The steak and rest of the food arrived luke warm and quickly turned cold. the dining room was extremely cold, had to keep jacket on during the entire meal. the only saving grace of the meal was the service staff.
