This pizza was horrible. Really greasy. Barley had any pepperoni for a 30$ pizza. This is just a rip off!! Nothing I ordered was good. Everything is just overpriced for no reason.

This might be the most disgusting pizza ever to be made. This pizza has so much grease it's feels like a swamp in the pizza box. The pizza easily falls apart and has plasticy cheese. Im not sure why it is fda approved i found mult hairs in my pizza cheese. The delivery driver took 1 hour even though it was a five minute drive to my home. This pizza place sucks

I ordered a pizza, salad, and chicken wings at 8:10pm on a Friday. After delivering the wrong order, I sent the delivery person back to get the correct order. They didn’t speak English and couldn’t help inform me if the next steps.After waiting ~20 minutes and not receiving any word, I called the service number. That person didn’t speak English and couldn’t help.After finding the number for the satellite kitchen on google, I called and left a voicemail. Someone called me back and said they would correct the issue. I asked for fresh, hot food to be made and for a discount. I was told I would get both.After another 30 minutes with no updates, I called again. Someone picked up and said the food would be delivered shortly.The food arrived at 9:50pm. It was cold, soggy pizza, rubbery wings that are tasteless, and a salad that looked like it was packed days ago.I’d say that this is a failed attempt at food delivery and it has diminished the brand and broken my loyalty. I am no longer a customer if they sacrifice service, quality, my time, and most importantly my trust.Only have it two stars as they did eventually deliver what I ordered. Even if it was nearly two hours after I ordered it.Not expecting that refund, although, I think it is the right thing for them to do at this point.

I love Amici's pizza. It's consistently delicious. Today, I'm not feeling well at all so I ordered a pizza. The delivery guy came through the front gate and disappeared with my order despite him supposed to drop directly with me at my door. I had to go look for where he put my pizza... to no avail. Amici's corrected this immediately - they took care of my order for my trouble and added in soup and cheesecake. I called up to say thank you and the great person who helped me said I hope you feel better. Best customer service I've seen in years. Thank you, Amici's!

We ordered chicken wings and pizza. It was terrible. If i could give zero stars i would have. Chicken wings were hard, woody consistency may be a few days hours old. How could you get something basic like that wrong? Don't get me started on that pizza, a piece of carboard with tiny pieces of some chicken-like substance stuck to it thank to super sweet bbq sauce. We paid $40 for this cra*. Businesses like this should not exist. I understand it is tough business to be in, but be respectful of your customers by showing you care.

How's this place in business? To go only in the cold while waiting for the order. No where to stand or sit down. You'll be yelled at and embarrassed for even attempting to use the bathroom. With all this worst attitude and customer service, you'd wish the foods to be good right? No! Even prisoners eat better. Chicken wings are sour and hard. Pizza are rough and tasteless. What a disaster and shame! People that eat here must be so desperate. Never again.

I had the pleasure to try their pizza at an event and even though I got the last piece that was cold, the flavor was amazingly good. The pizza I tried had chicken, red bell peppers, and onions on it. The crust and breading was thin and a bit chewy.Overall, I recommend trying this pizzeria and will keep this place in mind when ordering pizza for an event.
