Absolutely top shelf place. 11 courses and all of them hit the spot. 8 were vegetarian but I never missed anything, all were jam-packed with umami. The wine list is top 5 in SF, lots of great older bottles. Service was flawless but unfussy and personal.
March 2024 review -Food: We had the 11 course Winter course. The dishes at Anomaly are fun, creative and light. There was a theme of contrasts in each dish - creaminess vs crunch, contrasting colors, hot vs cold, etc. While there wasn’t much meat, I think they did a fabulous job at giving your palette a lot to work with.Ambience/Service: Stellar service - we are greeted warmly by name, the servers take time to describe dishes without being rushed.
