Salmon sashimi was horrible, I didn’t even eat it because it was so fishy and it broke to pieces when I try to pick them with

We get take out here regularly. Their sushi is fresh, delicious and they are super fast. Plus, they are open past 9pm- thank, we usually eat late and this is very helpful to us. Go check them out- approved by our Japanese friends :)

This place rocks! Enough to get me to write my first ever Yelp review lol. Solid food, very nice servers, and a super chill place. Been my go to spot for takeout and dine-in since I moved to the area. And has a good happy hour.

YOU NEED TO EAT HERE!! Sorry for yelling (lol) but great sushi gets me excited! We arrived on a Thursday evening at 7:30 with a party of 3 and were greeted and seated right away. First to the table was the soft shell crab with a citrus-based special sauce. Crispy batter. Just what you expect. Next came the karaage. My family and I always say if the karaage is good, everything else will be and that proved true here at Au Sushi. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside served with a side of spicy mayo. And now onto the rolls! I can't even pick my favorite bc they were all absolutely delicious. Romantic roll, Double Toro roll, Hot King roll, Warriors roll, and last but not least the Diamond Heights roll. All were aesthetically beautiful and did not disappoint in the taste and texture department. The Chashu Ramen completed our meal. We will definitely be back and are very much looking forward to trying different rolls, different starters, some yakitori skewers, and one of the udons or donburi Thank you for the extremely enjoyable first experience at Au Sushi!

To be honest, my expectations were not high for this place. They are truly the underdog. We had the omakase nigri and it comes with "appetizer" (2 pieces of sushi) and a very delicious fish (with bone) and tofu soup! Every piece of the omakase was delicious (because you know some places give you a lot and there's some mediocre pieces). The omakase is affordable (8 piece for $68(?)). We also ordered the mango salmon roll and I love that it was proportional and not overly sauced. We had another roll, but forgot the name but it also was proportional and delicious. The fishes were fresh. The service was excellent. Parking in the plaza is easy. Bathroom is around the corner with a key. Definitely will be back. Hope they keep it up!

Came to Au Sushi for a late Saturday lunch around 1:45pm and there were at least 3 parties there when we sat down. We ordered the miso soup, garden roll, double toro roll, and grilled mackerel bento (lunch special). Service was nice and prompt and the interior was cozy but clean. Everything came out quickly, and we were starving so we dug right in. The miso soup was the perfect start to the meal and warmed me up. The garden roll was interesting, I liked the seaweed salad and tempura crunchies on the exterior of the roll. The tempura on the inside was good too, but I found it got soggy pretty fast. The double toro roll was pretty good too, I loved the mango on top. My one complaint is the toro wasn't as high quality as other sushi places, it was not melt-in-your-mouth goodness that I expected. The bento box was actually my boyfriend and I's favorite part of the meal. The grilled saba was perfectly cooked with a bit of a smoky char on the skin with hearty meat. We swapped the chicken gyoza for veggie ones since my bf doesn't eat meat and the veggie ones were pretty good. The pickled cucumber side was crunchy and refreshing and the rice was the perfect pair to the fish. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area to try their ramen/udon and other warm dishes!

Hidden gem! Delicious and unique sushi, ramen, and all types of Japanese food. Also good ambience -- the inside is quaint with tasteful decor. Great time!

Came here for the yelp event and also ordered some food to go! It’s tucked in a corner for an outdoor shopping mall with lots of parking. Inside has a few tables and was very clean with cute decor all around. In addition to the sushi donut from the event, I also ordered the king dragon roll and a california roll. The total was about 30$. The presentation was very nice. The quality of fish was really good and fresh. They gave a lot of imitation crab in the california roll and I loved the soft shell crab in the king dragon roll. Cant wait to come back to try their other items.
