Cheesecake Factory wrapped in fake velvet.Painfully slow service, only made slightly better by the time when food is not present.Awful plating, ranging from cat hairball to dog food.Matte finish to the spaghetti - presumably left under the heater til it lost any semblance of an denté.4.6 reviews make some sense given the tasteless neighborhood.

Really lovely restaurant, great service, got sick after eating here. Only writing this because mom and I came for Mother's Day lunch, both had chicken dishes and both of us got very sick! Huge bummer.

Great addition to our neighborhood. A step above most restaurants here in atmosphere, vibe, food, and service. Duzgun the manager provides attention to detail, and Berry provides excellent service with a genuine smile every time we visit. Recommended!

Exceptional pasta. Both the seafood and the pesto pasta were very good but the seafood one was absolutely delicious. This is such a solid spot with good ambiance and comfortable seats! I will definitely return!

Honestly a mediocre experience. The vibes are fantastic and the decor is very calming and cool but then the servers are wearing neon colors which was the first oddity. The menu had amazing options which we were excited to order at a very SF (higher) price range - $30 entree. The food came and it was not what we expected, overall felt like something we could make better at home. Not a ton of flavor was the overall verdict. We ordered the salmon, fries and steak and they all met the same standard as a diner flavor wise. I really wanted this place to better given the prime location, internal atmosphere and menu options. Hoping they get better!

I really liked the ambience at Bagatella. The dim lighting with emerald green decor was very swanky. I enjoyed the calamari very much, it has a special twist to it, the homemade bread is amazing, my fish was very tasty!

We went to the restaurant just passing by and we were very surprised by the ambiance is very modern, we were very welcomed and I highly recommend the place, definitely try butternut squash and the salmon tasted like it was caught straight from the sea.

This place is definitely picture perfect! We went with some of our girlfriends for a weekend brunch.I personally ordered a vegetarian omelette- with a side of green salad! The green salad was super crisp fresh and lightly seasoned it hit the spot perfectly! The inside of the Omelette was loaded with seasonal mushrooms and very fresh spinach!My friend's ordered the beef tartare, the burger which was beautiful, and salmon eggs benedict.We accompanied our meal with a beautiful bottle of champagne.In all honesty their dessert was definitely worth ordering! Maybe do skip on the coffee it was just ok- but definitely go for their wine list!! Wow! So many great options for sure at all price points!!!Above all is the incredible service! Friendly smiles and attentiveness to help us with anything we needed. Lovely-Parking: If you like to be punctual make sure to come at least 15 minutes earlier to secure a nice parking spot. You are in the hub of a very popular place so parking will be a little bit tough- but as people come and go you do get lucky many times!

Valentine's Day dinner with bae. So we made reservations at Bagatella we still had a wait even though we got there prior to our reservations. It was packed and. Due to it being another cold wet night in SF outside seating wasn't an option for most. So we ended up finally being seated in the back booth lucky us cause in the front it's a bit tight on the seatings especially on the left side. I'm not going complain. Like I said we got a booth our server was Great pleasant and inviting. For V day they had prefix menu We got the heirloom tomatoes and crab cakes. The crab cakes were perfectly crispy on the outsides and delicious and moist on the inside. The heirloom tomatoes and the fresh mozzarella drizzled with the balsamic we also both enjoyed the lightness and freshness of the dish. For our main course we both picked the lamb shank on a bed of risotto. The lamb was fork tender already deboned in a delicious sauce reduction. The risotto was definitely the star of this dish though creamy seasoned buttery and al dente. For dessert we chose the bread pudding and key lime pie. The custard filling on the key like was velvety smooth sweet and tart all at the same time. The bread pudding wasn't your typical bread pudding. It tasted more like cake then just bread and topping it off with that vanilla ice cream was a great job. Overall we both enjoyed our experience here. The lemon drop martini yes yes

SOOOO GOOD! Underrated new restaurant that's going to get so popular soon so stop by asap! The brunch was delicious and I can't wait to come again for dinner!

Food was below mediocre, service was poor. They messed up both of our entrees 2x and had to remake them - even on the final one, my "rare" steak was cooked medium at best. We didn't eat the undercooked calamari, and felt sick after. Dessert was good at least. Here's the kicker: they came by and said that to apologize for the entree issues, they wanted to give us a free dessert. Sure! But when they took our dessert order, we asked which of two was better. They said "we're bringing you both - on us!" The bill came and lo and behold they charged us for 1 dessert. When we asked they said "oh we said one was complementary."

I've heard about this new place from my friends, surprisingly his feedback was much better than the experience that I had last night, first of all the hostess was so rude and showing attitude, secondly it took too long for servers to come and take order, we have asked a couple times to get water first to the table which we got later on together with food. The food was okay appetizers are all delicious, but we had waited too long to get our entrees which came cold where I asked them to change the plate or to do something but the attitude that I got back was terribly unpleasant. Overall, the spot is beautiful. Food is okay, but you guys need to teach your stuff how to serve people. So I'm never going to visit this place again and not going to recommend any of my friends.
